Due to the contradictions in the decision of the court, the supporter of Navalny was arrested and immediately released

On October 11, the Frunzensky District Court of Saratov arrested for a day the volunteer of the election headquarters of Alexei Navalny Andrei Krukhov, detained on October 7. Due to the contradictions in the decision, he was released immediately after the court hearing, human rights activist Sergei Okunev said.

Kopeshev is accused of disobedience to police officers (part 1 of article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Earlier, the volunteer had already left for the police department for a day, but the judge did not take into account this moment: the decision stated that the day of the arrest should be counted from the moment the decision was made, that is, in the morning of October 11. The line below has already written a different decision: the punishment is considered left.

Kopishev’s defense tried to get explanations from the judge, but, according to Okunev, she escaped. After that, the court secretary said that the police can release the activist.

On October 10, the court was fined by Andrei Krushev for ten thousand rubles for violation of the action procedure (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The judge decided to introduce a “some incomprehensible disk” to his case, on the package of which there are no signatures, an eyewitness said.
