The court in Pskov arrested in absentia for extremist texts of the singer who left Russia

The Pskov city court in October arrested in absentia in absentia a musician who left Russia from the city the bottom of the Pskov region, an activist of Artillery Braud Boris Yakovlev for public calls for extremist activities on a social network (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code). In April 2017, the FSB Office for the Pskov Region brought the author of songs to Boris Yakovlev an accusation of “public calls for the implementation of extremist activity using the Internet” (part 2 of article 280 of the Criminal Code).

According to the FSB, in addition to the notes of songs for YouTube, from June 20 to June 29, 2016, Yakovlev published five materials on his VKontakte page in which he outlined his ideas about the situation and events in the country. We are talking about texts, starting with the words “About the elections ...”, “We have already exhausted our limit in the revolution ...”, “Above the head of the dwarf ...”, “I’m interested ...”, “Reading the news ribbon ...”.
