Programming Week: Perm will teach to develop chat bots for city projects

On October 19, 2017, at 19:00 in Perm, the IT-master “Chat-Bota development ” will be held as part of the international initiative of Meet and Code and the European programming week. Participants will get acquainted with the technology of creating chat bots, consider the development tools and, with the support of experts, will write their own chatbot.

The meeting will be Ilya Blokh , founder of BP Digital and ETROK , and Timofei Dubrovsky , an ecologist, developer Vegan-Bota @veganheelperbot.

Chat bots in messengers (Telegram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber) are used to automatically exchange messages with the audience. As a rule, this is an information service that answers user questions.

A similar chatbot can replace its creators with a whole site, and it is convenient for users that you do not need to leave their favorite application to find out the answer to the question.

Participants of the IT Master's will be able to work directly at their own chat boot at the meeting, ask questions to experts in the field of IT and social projects, evaluate the demand for the chatbot and the prospects for its development.

Recommended topic for creating chatbots: city life, problems of citizens.
