- Tell me about how you started writing songs and singing. Do you have a musical education? Are you learning music now?

- History is rooted in childhood and my classes in a choir studio. It is difficult to call this an ordinary music school, although there was a whole range of objects from solfeggio to specialty. And repertoire from folk to church chants and jazz. Add to everything a nascent interest in rap and a puberty period.

I have no higher musical education, and I never wanted to specially get it. And I study music every day, or rather, even it teaches me.

- The song “Sorry, goodbye” is a new period for you as a musician?

-At some point, it was clear that in acoustics we had already tried everything. That is, you are not just sorting out the strings on the guitar, but use it as a “shock” tool or when you play the main batch on the keys for the bass at the same time. It's time to move on. I am always in search of a new one. I hate it when it becomes bored.

So many rethinking has occurred recently. The team, sound, style have changed. Now I hear my music more electronic.

-We have read your songs success a few years ago , suggesting their Radio-Friedly format. You performed on television in the TV show "Evening Urgant", but it seems that your songs do not sound on the radio. Why and what to do with it?

- Never sought to make her music format. It’s even difficult for me to determine the genre in which it turns out every time.

That is, I do not mind at all, and it seems to me that these songs will be very interesting to sound in the wave of modern Russian mainstream.

The most important thing is that I see people's response. The rest is a matter of technology.

-What as an indie musician helps you more efficiently conquer a new audience: performance at large festivals of the “wild mint” type, regular touring activities, joint notes with rappers like Assai and Ptah?

- Today, a lot has changed the Internet - Y OU T UBE , I NSTAGRAM , blogs, battles, broadcasts. Everyone wants to snatch their piece of glory and earn on this.

I will be cunning if I say that I do not want to collect the conditional “Olympic” at a solo concert in the future. But definitely not at the expense of a fleeting hype.

She always considered herself primarily a musician and author. And we have the most important thing? That's right, songs. I like the process itself.

- By the way, about joint entries with rappers. Russian rap is now on the rise. You seem to have many connections in this world. Do you plan any joint projects with one of the rappers? How do you feel about what is happening there - what you like and what is not?

- Rap always attracted me with his rhythm, a game of words and a capacity of thought that can be conveyed.

I always pay attention to the text, the meaning in the song is extremely important. Otherwise, the picture begins to fall apart.

I follow everything that is happening now in Russian music. And rap is thirty percent there. I am glad that slowly we cease to blindly copy all the trends of the West and turn to our own style.

- Why don't you make rap yourself? And why, in your opinion, so few female rap in Russia?

-Firstly, I do not want to limit myself to the framework of one genre. That is, if the idea requires it and it will be technically justified, I can easily abandon a couple of punches.

Secondly, it seems to me, the main problem is that girls in the genre are not perceived as a full-fledged artistic unit, but as a melodic decision of the chorus in a sad song about unrequited love converted to the boy.

All other attempts seem a little comical, not to mention the technical side, Floo and charisma.

In general, there is where to strive. The place of Russian Beyonce is still vacant.
