A criminal case of extremism was instituted against the leader of the "Christian state" Alexander Kalinin. This was reported by Interfax with reference to an informed source.

According to the source, the case was opened under Article 282 of the Criminal Code (excitement of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity) after the investigation of videos posted by Kalinin on the Internet with their participation. They sounded insults against Muslims.

On September 20, in the city of Gryazi, Lipetsk Region, Kalinin was detained at home in the case of threats to the distributors of the film "Matilda". At the same time, his brother Yuri Kalinin and their acquaintance Alexander Bayanov, and in Moscow, Denis Mantaltsu, was detained in Mudsi.

The next day, Yuri Kalinin, Bayanov and Mantalutz were arrested in Moscow in the fabric case (part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code). It was reported that they were charged with arson of cars in St. Petersburg at the office of a lawyer Konstantin Dobrynin, who represents the interests of the director of Matilda Alexei Teacher. It is also known that Bayanov pleaded guilty to the episodes of the attack with Molotov cocktails at the Rock Teacher in St. Petersburg and the arson of the Oil cinema in Yaroslavl.

Meanwhile, the leader of the HG of arson was not imputed. On September 23, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that he was suspected under Article 179 of the Criminal Code (coercion to make a transaction or to refuse to make it). On the same day, the Tagansky district court of Moscow arrested Kalinin until November 22 . Part 1 of Article 179 provides for only two years of the colony, so the conclusion in the pre -trial detention center is impossible. During the court sessions, it became known that in 2003, Kalinin was sentenced to eight and a half years in a maximum regime under articles on murder and robbery . Kalinin was accused of killing a neighbor from whom he and accomplices took 75 thousand rubles. In January 2003, while in a pre-trial detention center, Kalinin received two years conditionally on charges of fake documents.
