A volunteer from Navalny’s headquarters was detained in Perm

In Perm, a volunteer from the campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny, Pavel Novichenko, was detained. Now he is in the Leninsky District Court, the activist said.

Novichenko said that the police took him from work. The police department filed two reports against him. The first one was for disseminating information about the action on October 7 on his page in Vkontakte (Part 2, Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The second - for violation of the rules for holding a public action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The activist was taken to the Leninsky District Court, where these cases will be considered.

UPD : Novichenko told OVD-Info that the court fined him 20 thousand rubles under part 2 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and 10 thousand rubles under the fifth part of the same article.
