In Sochi, an employee of the campaign headquarters of Navalny Olesya Khristenko was detained because of the photograph that the staff of the headquarters took on the porch of the building before the rally on October 7. This was reported by the chairman of the "Party of Progress" Anastasia Titova.

Now Khristenko is located in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Central District of Sochi. She is charged with Part 8 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code (repeated violation of the organization or rally). This was announced by Titova by lawyer Alexander Popkov. Most likely, the activist will be left in the police department before the trial.
According to Titova, Khristenko is now temporarily acting as the head of the Sochi headquarters, since the chief of staff of Konstantin Zykov was arrested for 10 days for "calls for an unauthorized event on the VKontakte page.
In the morning of Khristenko, a summons of the ATS came to the police department, which did not indicate the reason for the call of the activist. On Thursday, she was already awarded the agenda for giving explanations about the action on October 7. When the activist came to the department, the police officer denied her right not to testify against himself (51 Article of the Constitution of the Russian Federation), the right to legal assistance (clause 1 of Article 48 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation) and pulled out her passport from her.
