Volunteers from Navalny’s headquarters detained in Korolev

In Korolyov, police officers detained five volunteers from the campaign headquarters of Alexei Navalny. Aleksey Golyshev, one of the detainees, reported this on the OVD-Info hotline.

According to him, the police believe that the activists handed out campaigning in support of Navalny's candidacy in the presidential elections illegally.

The detainees were taken to the Central Police Department. Among them are two minors.

UPD 23:00 A few hours later, all the detainees were released, drawing up protocols under Art. 5.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (illegal campaigning).
