Türkiye refuses to resume a ferry message with annexed Crimea. This was stated by the director of the Crimean Naval Agency LLC Stanislav Nagvvvvodilov, reports the publication "News of Crimea".

"The ferry interrupted in March has not been resumed. So far there are no such opportunities. Here the issue should be resolved at the government level," Nadvvvvvodilov noted.

On October 12, spokeswoman for the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Larisa Sargan said that the leadership of the shipping and industrial chamber of the Turkish sent the Turkish ports, marine agents, operators and shipowners a circular letter about the sea message with the Crimea. "The vessels arriving from the region of Russia annexed by Russia and its ports are not allowed to Turkey, and permission to sail from the ports of this region is not provided," the document said.

The sanctions imposed by a number of democratic countries after the annexation of Crimea by Russia do not allow direct supplies of goods to the peninsula. Türkiye, however, did not join these sanctions. In April 2014, Ukraine closed control and passing points across the border in the Crimean ports. Then the Turkish Foreign Ministry demanded that the National Ministry of Transport and communications not accept transport from Crimea, in the documents of which there will be no mark "Ukraine".
