
On October 17, the international exhibition Interpolitex-2017 opened in pavilion N75 at VDNH in Moscow, within which 500 companies, including about 60 foreign firms from 14 countries, present the latest technology and promising developments for law enforcement agencies, TASS reports.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and the Russian National Guard, and a large part of the exhibition is occupied by specialized vehicles for these and other departments. The National Guard's stands display a wide range of cars, trucks, buses, and armored vehicles. One of the exhibits is an armored car "Esaul" manufactured by UAZ, intended for fighters of the Russian Guard and other law enforcement agencies, with the possibility of using small arms mounted on the roof.
In addition, several modified Lada 4x4 vehicles are presented - for the fire and canine services of the Russian Guard, as well as for operational investigative activities.
The police stands display various modifications of the UAZ Profi and Patriot, as well as special versions of Gazelles, Bychkov and other vehicles.
