The Moscow City Court left Kalinin under the arrest of the leader of the Christian state

The Moscow City Court left under the arrest of the leader of the Christian state - Holy Rus', Alexander Kalinin, accused of forcing cinemas to abandon the show of the film by Alexei Matilda, Matilda. This was reported by RAPSI with reference to the press service of the court.

Kalinin does not recognize the guilt under Article 179 of the Criminal Code (coercion to make a transaction or to refuse to commit it). However, he does not deny that, according to religious beliefs, he sent letters with threats to the cinemas.

On September 20, in the city of Gryazi, Lipetsk region, Kalinin was detained at home. At the same time, his brother Yuri Kalinin and their acquaintance Alexander Bayanov, and in Moscow, Denis Mantaltsu, was detained in Mudsi.

The next day, Yuri Kalinin, Bayanov and Mantalutz were arrested in Moscow in the fabric case (part 2 of Article 167 of the Criminal Code). It was reported that they were charged with arson of cars in St. Petersburg at the office of a lawyer Konstantin Dobrynin, who represents the interests of the director of Matilda Alexei Teacher. It is also known that Bayanov pleaded guilty to the episodes of the attack with Molotov cocktails at the Rock Teacher in St. Petersburg and the arson of the Oil cinema in Yaroslavl.

Meanwhile, the leader of the HG of arson was not imputed. On September 23, the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that he was suspected under Article 179 of the Criminal Code. On the same day, the Tagansky district court of Moscow arrested Kalinin until November 22 .

During the court sessions, it became known that in 2003, Kalinin was sentenced to eight and a half years in a maximum regime under articles on murder and robbery . Kalinin was accused of killing a neighbor from whom he and accomplices took 75 thousand rubles. In January 2003, while in a pre-trial detention center, Kalinin received two years conditionally on charges of fake documents.

On October 12, Interfax, citing an informed source, said that a criminal case was opened against Kalinin under Article 282 of the Criminal Code (arousal of hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). According to the source, the case was discovered after the investigation of the internet posted by the leader of the HG videos with his participation. They sounded insults against Muslims. Whether Kalinin was charged in this case, is not reported.
