In St. Petersburg, the bailiffs arrested the apartment of the daughter of Sobyanin for debts, but did not find the debtor and removed the arrest

The bailiffs arrested Anna Sobyanina, the eldest daughter of the Moscow Mayor, Sergei Sobyanin, for debts, but a month later they removed the arrest, because it was not possible to find the debtor, according to the Facebook page with reference to the real estate registry.

The arrest of an apartment on Malaya Konyushennaya Street was imposed in July 2017, bailiffs were guided by a court order of November 25, 2016 on the collection of taxes and fees, the website of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Bailiffs testify.

Then, on August 24, the arrest was removed in connection with the application of Article 46 of paragraph 1 of paragraph 3 of the Federal Law "On Enforcement Proceedings", which allows you to stop production if it was not possible to find the debtor or its property or "receive information about the availability of funds and other values owned."

As the lawyer of Heads Consulting Alexander Elizarov noted, the closure of the case under an article applied to debtors who do not have property looks rather strange: "It is obvious that the debtor has an apartment, and the bailiff knows about it, because he personally put a court ban on her."

She suggested that the amount of the debt was much less than the cost of the apartment, and it was impossible to achieve its sale as debt, and the debtor did not find any other property.

It is reported that the apartment is located at Malaya Konyushennaya, the house 14, the letter A. According to the registration discharge from the USRN, 31-year-old Anna Sobyanina is still forbidden to perform any registration actions with her area of almost 205 square meters. m, writes the publication.

Anna Sobyanina attracted the attention of the media in 2013, during the campaign for the election of the mayor of Moscow. The candidate for this post Alexei Navalny then said that the girl in St. Petersburg owns not only the apartment, which, according to the opposition, cost 117 million rubles. Or, but also 33% of the share in FOROS-GROPS LLC. This company was engaged in the design, construction and repair of residential and administrative buildings, as well as design and creation of interior items.

In 2013, oppositionist Alexei Navalny, who ran for the post of mayor of Moscow, wrote about Anna Sobyanina’s apartment in St. Petersburg in 2013. He estimated an apartment at 117 million rubles - three times more than the official income of Sergei Sobyanin in ten years.

According to the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, which Navalny refers, Anna Sobyanina acquired an apartment in this house two weeks after her 25th anniversary - October 18, 2011. The area of the apartment is 204.9 square meters. meters.

Sobyanina’s husband, Alexander Ershov, said then that he himself bought an apartment in the center of St. Petersburg for money that had earned entrepreneurial activities. Sergei Sobyanin had nothing to do with their joint apartment, they said in his press service.

Previously, Navalny published an investigation about the 308 -meter apartment of the other daughter of the mayor of Moscow - Olga Sobyanina. The apartment is located on Rochdelskaya Street in the center of the capital. According to Navalny, it cost about 173 million rubles.
