In 2006, attractive young girls began to disappear in the Bashkir city of Birsk one after another. Only a year later, the investigators went on the trail of the serial rapist and the killer, which was the owner of the car service Oleg Chizhov, who was friends with many law enforcement officials. Until this moment, the security forces for several years refused to initiate rape cases if it turned out that Chizhov was involved in the crime. None of his patrons have been punished so far - unlike two young people whom the entrepreneur stipulated on the advice of the investigator.

On the evening of March 18, 2006, a student of the Birsk Cooperative College Tatyana Kuznetsova was spinning in front of the mirror - she dressed up, gathering to meet her friends in a cafe. "Mom, am I beautiful?" - the girl asked coquettishly. “Yes, Tanya, you are the best. Please do not go for a long time, ”Mother Irina Kuznetsova answered her with a smile. Tatyana promised to return early, threw an orange down jacket and left.

A few hours 18-year-old girl spent in the company of friends in the Cafe "Cos". They sat down at the table, ordered vodka, juice and lemon. Suddenly, the former guy of Tatyana Roman went to the institution; The relationship between them ended in January. The young man did not pester the girls with conversations, he only held his gaze to Kuznetsova, and, without saying hello to her, left. After a while, friends also gathered. Together with them, Tatyana reached the turn to her street, there they parted.

The girl did not return home that night. The next morning the frightened mother rushed to call the friends of Tatyana, but did not find out anything. “It never happened so that my daughter would not come home to spend the night,” she said later. Irina immediately reported to the police about the disappearance of her daughter.

Three weeks later, Tatyana's body was found by workers who cleared the snow -covered road to the oil pump. The corpse of a girl in underwear lay in the snow. The examination recorded bruises and abrasions, in the conclusion of the forensic expert, it was noted that the girl who had dead from hypothermia was raped before death. 20 meters from the body, cigarette butts, a bottle of champagne, plastic cups and two sheets of white paper were found: one with typewritten text, on the second by hand with blue ink, it was written: “The chief of the traffic police at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus is a colonel of the police ...”.

Ex -boyfriend and his friends

First of all, investigators interviewed relatives, friends and cafes, where Tatyana spent the evening on March 18. The administrator of Uyuta Vladimir Tsyus knew the murdered well. He remembered that after she left for the institution, a young man with a mole on his cheek looked at the institution. "Kuznetsova Tatyana has already left?" The young man asked and, having received an affirmative answer, came out.

In May, the suspects of the murder were detained-the former guy Tatyana Roman Mindibaev and his friends Rudik Minibaev, Ivan Smirnov and the 17-year-old schoolboy Maxim Voloboev. The latter, according to Tsyus, was that young man who asked in a cafe about Tatyana. One by one, young people began to admit a crime. Their testimony changed from interrogation to interrogation and sometimes contradicted to each other.

The 20-year-old Minibaev said that on the night of March 18 to 19, young people arrived in the Cafe "Cosiness" and saw Kuznetsov there, who remained at a table without friends. Together with the girl, they got into the car and went to the industrial zone. There, his friend Smirnov began to pester Tatyana: he stroked his legs and touched his chest; Despite the fact that the girl resisted, young people pulled off her jeans. Kuznetsova ran out of the car, friends caught up with her and began to beat her. Tatyana lost consciousness, they were scared and left. Later, Minibaev clarified his initial testimony: it turned out that before leaving, young people alternately raped the girl who had lost consciousness and bombarded her with snow in the ravine. Then new details appeared in the case-the Tatyana allegedly gave some kind of pill, from which she fainted.

The testimonies of another suspect-the 11-grader of Maxim Voloboev, changed and filled and filled and filled. According to him, in the evening of March 18, he and his friends went to the movie for the film "Bastards". At night, they met Tatyana at her house, put them in a car, and then with her drove to the outskirts of the city. There the car stopped, and Maxim fell asleep. He woke up when the young people again got into the car. Tatyana was no longer with them. Maxim was taken home, he did not ask friends about Kuznetsov. “If anything, then you were not with us today,” Minibaev warned him near the house.

The fact that in a car with young people was Ivan Smirnov, Voloboev did not remember in the first interrogation; He talked about this later. In addition, it turned out that the schoolboy saw with his own eyes how friends would rape the girl. Smirnov himself admitted that he took part in rape, but forgot to say that Tatyana was beaten before that. Other significant details did not converge in the testimonies of the suspects - according to one of them, Tatyana jumped out of the naked car, the other claimed that when she was beaten, she was dressed. Other testimonies changed about exactly where the body was thrown away, and under what circumstances Tatyana died.

Meanwhile, the rumor that her former young man was involved in the death of Kuznetsova was divorced around the city. The girl’s mother recalled that her daughter said several times after parting with him that in the guy there was “something secret, hidden, bad.” Irina Kuznetsova Roman, the son of a Bir entrepreneur, never liked it. She insisted that the daughter ceased to meet with him: "I told her that everything was allowed to such boys, they want something, then do." After the young man’s arrest, Mindibaev’s parents came to Tatyana’s mother several times, asked to talk to their lawyer, but she refused. Tatyana’s friend, in an interview with investigators, recalled that when on March 19 she informed the novel about the disappearance of Kuznetsova, he reacted to anxious news rather dry and, as it seemed, was not at all surprised.

Once in the investigative isolator, Smirnov and Minibaev abandoned their testimonies and told their relatives that the investigators tortured them, forcing them to stipulate themselves and friends. In July 2006, Mindibaev, Minibaev and Smirnov turned to the “Committee against torture”.

Smirnov’s parents told human rights activists that after the first interrogation of his son as a witness, they noticed that Ivan looked bad. “The son was pale, nodded the blood from his mouth,” the mother of the young man recalled. Ivan did not sleep all night, drank water, refused to eat and complained about a severe headache. On May 5, 2006, at about eight in the morning they arrived at the hospital, but learning that the young man had been beaten in the police, the doctors refused to inspect him.

According to Smirnov, investigators and operatives, requiring the testimony they needed, beat him in the stomach, and then took a chair and struck several blows on the head with a soft seat. One of the operatives promised that if Smirnov does not say which of his friends killed the girl, he would become an accomplice in the crime. From time to time other security officials entered the office where the witness was interrogated, including the head of the criminal investigation department of Sayapov. Another employee, Dmitry Chernov, invited the young man to “talk like a manly” and tell the whole truth. Smirnov replied that he had already told the truth. After that, Chernov left the office, and Ivan continued to beat.

At the next interrogation, he was chained handcuffs to the battery and began to beat his palms on the head. The young man remembered that there was a computer on the table in the office, and the investigators sometimes interrupted the interrogation to watch a video with the torture and executions of Russian soldiers in captivity with Chechen separatists. According to Smirnov, the men who beat him periodically replaced each other. He remembered that among them were investigators Mukhametshin and Khabibullin. The latter also came to him in the insulator and threatened to rape his girlfriend.

Rudik Minibaev, in a conversation with human rights activists, recalled that after he refused to stipulate friends, Sayapov promised: “If you do not want in a good way, I will do in a while.” During one of the interrogations, the door to the office was closed. The handcuffs were put on Minibaev, they tied his arms and legs over his head with a towing cable, after which they began to tighten the cable. The softened victim cries were drowned out with loud music. To stop torture, Minibaev signed testimonies against himself and his friends.

Roman Mindibaev also said that investigators tried to knock out a recognition from him. One of them inflicted several blows to him with his foot in the groin, he beat his chest with his fists and palms on the head. Nevertheless, the novel remained the only accused from whom the investigators failed to achieve confession.

Mindibaev spent six months in jail, Minibaev and Smirnov for a month longer; Maxim Voloboev once again changed the testimony and said that Ivan was not in their company on the night of Tatyana’s murder. Young people had to be released after the results of the genetic examination came: the sperm found on the Kuznetsova’s body did not belong to any of the accused. Roman, Rudik and Ivan were freed with the right to rehabilitation. Mindibaev and Minibaev appealed to the court with a request for compensation.

In the case of the murder of Kuznetsova, there were many inconsistencies, and the conclusions of the investigation are based on the interrogations protocols that the investigators themselves composed, says the ex-employee of the “Committee against torture” Vladislav Sadykov, who conducted a public investigation on complaints of the defendants. According to him, the investigators deliberately drawn up the protocols on the detention only a day after they delayed the suspects - this gave them time to torture: “We tried to prove it, the investigating authorities rested, of course, and everyone denied it. They said in the explanations that there was no torture. But in the case file, we found discrepancies in time that proved that the investigators had lied. ” Investigators could not be held accountable - many years have passed since forgery. The court awarded Mindibaev 100 thousand rubles as compensation for unlawful criminal prosecution. Rudik Minibaev also filed a lawsuit about compensation.

Bire maniac

While the investigators worked out the version of the involvement in the murder of Kuznetsova of her former young man and his friends, several more young girls disappeared in Birsk. On June 28, Olga Sergeeva went to meet friends and disappeared. On July 3, Olga Mulloyarova went out for several minutes into the yard and did not return home. In September, young people who rested on the banks of the Belaya River heard a female scream, and the next day in the river they found the body of a 20-year-old student Alena Ibagisheva. The surveyed witnesses claimed that they saw how the girls sat in different cars that took them in an unknown direction.

The frightened residents of Birsk were increasingly saying that a maniac appeared in the city. “There was no big panic, but some rumors around the city walked that it was one and the same person, most likely. Because before that we did not have a serial loss of girls, ” said Alexander Vasenkov later the head of the criminal police department in the city. “Of course, for us it was a shock, as for the whole area and for the whole republic. For the city and the district, there is always shock, when a serial, for example, maniac, killer or someone else works there, ”his colleague Valery Klimanov explained.

According to the head of the criminal investigation department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Bashkiria Vladislav Garkavtsev, the stories of eyewitnesses at first only confused the investigators: “There were witnesses who said that the girls were going to that car, to another car. And always the cars were different. And imagine - we begin to work out one brand of the car, then several months pass, another girl disappears, and there is already another car. ”

After the detection of the body of Alena Ibagisheva, who, according to the examination, was raped, and then strangled, the disappearance of the girls in Birsk stopped for a while. However, on May 22, 2007, 21-year-old Irina Egoshina disappeared in the city. She, like other victims, went to meet friends, but did not appear in the appointed place and did not return home.

Soon Irina Abramova turned to the police (the names and surnames of the survivors were changed). The girl said that a stranger attacked her: he dragged him into the car, grabbed his throat and began to undress, but the man passing by was frightened. Abramova remembered the car number and handed it over to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. They quickly found out that Oleg Chizhov, the owner of a private car service, was in the evening of the attack of this car.

The entrepreneur was detained, interrogated, and immediately released on a recognizance not to leave.

“Chizhov was engaged in the repair of cars, he had his own car service, and people who possessed some authority of power turned to him by the nature of the activity,” said the investigator Viktor Guryev later. - His circle of connections was worked out, and thanks to these connections, Chizhov was not arrested, although the investigator’s petition was issued. He was released on a recognizance not to leave. He tried with the victim of this girl that he was alive, to contact, tried to offer her money, but in this case he didn’t succeed and he, realizing that he was threatening a imprisonment, escaped. ”

Chizhov left for Togliatti, managed to get a job in a car service, but a month later the law enforcement agencies found him. This time he was arrested.

Influential person

Oleg Chizhov in Birsk knew well; Chizhov graduated from school with honors, served in the Airborne Forces, then studied at the pedagogical institute and became an entrepreneur. In 1994, Chizhov married, two years later he had a daughter, but family life did not set - in August 2005 he and his wife parted, after which Chizhov abandoned his fatherhood.

The former wife of a businessman noted that her husband was rather hot -tempered, drank and often cheated on her. “Once on March 8, I found Chizhov in bed with another girl,” she recalled. According to her, there were cases when her husband, having drunk, beat her head against the wall and strangled it, and the next day he claimed that he did not remember anything.

Chizhov’s circle was surprisingly wide - he talked with both youth and serious influential people. Among others, according to the testimony of the former wife, the owner of the car service was friends with the forensic expert Ramazanov, lawyer Aydar Abdullin, prosecutors-Bulat Biktuganov and others, named Radik, as well as the justice of the peace Yevgeny Guryev. Chizhov was the soul of the company - he invited friends to nature or drank with them in his garage. Deputy Bir Interdistrict Prosecutor Alexander Borisov, who maintained friendly relations with Chizhov, told the investigators that he was known to a man “open and friendly”. Chizhov was repaired in a garage located in the courtyard of his house.

The administrator of the Cafe “Coat” Vladimir Tsyus, whose father also owns another city institution - the transit cafe, said that Chizhov loved to drink and sometimes rented a small banquet hall to arrange a party for friends. At the same time, he warned the employees of the cafe that it was necessary to serve his acquaintances from the court, the prosecutor's office and the police, "having ensured a special confidentiality of the feast."

After the arrest of Chizhov, several residents of Birsk applied to law enforcement agencies with a statement of rape. The businessman raped one of the girls in August 2004, the other on May 1, 2005. Another victim of the rapist - Marina Krasnova - said that she tried to complain to law enforcement agencies immediately after the attack, but the matter was quickly furious: according to the girl, the rape took place in the apartment of the deputy interdistrict prosecutor in the presence of the owner.

On April 7, 2005, Chizhov beat and raped the waitress of the Kaf "Transit" Veronik Martynov. During interrogation, she recalled that the drunk Chizhov "repeatedly beaten the girls into a cafe." The head of the cafe Vera Nikolaevna, according to Veronica, warned the staff: “It is better to surrender to him, otherwise he would force him,” and the employees themselves said that if Chizhov put his eyes on someone, then it is better for the girl to agree with all his whims. Therefore, when he offered Martynova to drink, she did not argue. Then the man took her from the “transit” and raped it. According to the administrator of the cafe Vladimir Tsyus, Veronica said to the police, but they did nothing there, "since Oleg had a large circle of acquaintances both in the police and in the prosecutor's office, and he always boasted of this." After 10 days, Martynov was called to the prosecutor’s office, and she agreed to withdraw the statement, “because it was useless to do anything, Chizhov was bribed everywhere.” In the prosecutor’s office, the waitress signed paper about the absence of claims to Chizhov.

Two victims of the rapist - Krasnov and Martynov - mentioned in a conversation with investigators the name of the forensic expert Ramazanov, who was friends with Chizhov. In his conclusions, the expert pointed out that the beaten girls had no damage.

On April 12, 2006, Chizhov raped the 18-year-old Inga Ovchinnikov, who caught a passing on the highway. “Chizhov said that it is useless for me to contact the police with a statement to the police, since he has many acquaintances and connections. После того, как Чижов был арестован, бирский межрайонный прокурор констатировал, что в Бирской прокуратуре «не были поставлены на учет большое количество материалов об изнасиловании или по ним выносились незаконные постановления об отказе».

Новая версия

После многочисленных допросов Чижов признался в изнасилованиях и убийствах пропавших девушек. Своих жертв он увозил на автомобилях клиентов, оставленных ему на ремонт. Сознался он и в убийстве Татьяны Кузнецовой. По словам бизнесмена, 19 марта 2006 года около трех часов ночи он встретил уже знакомую ему девушку возле рынка и предложил ей прокатиться. Та села в машину, он вывез ее за город и изнасиловал. После этого он ударил Татьяну по голове бутылкой и бросил на снегу умирать. Показания Чижова подтверждались экспертизой спермы, обнаруженной на теле Кузнецовой: было установлено, что она принадлежит Чижову.

В своих итоговых показаниях Чижов рассказал, что Татьяну к нему привезли Рудик Минибаев и Роман Миндибаев — в качестве подарка на день рождения. Девушка была пьяна, молодые люди веселились, все много выпили. По словам Чижова, Татьяна была не прочь заняться с ним сексом, что они и сделали. После этого, утверждал Чижов, Миндибаев надел презерватив и изнасиловал свою бывшую девушку; следом то же сделал Рудик. Татьяна потеряла сознание, и молодые люди ее увезли. Через несколько дней Минибаев и Миндибаев снова приехали к Чижову, сказали, что Таня умерла, и попросили помочь им спрятать тело. Они поехали в лес, Чижов вытащил тело Кузнецовой из машины, оттащил от дороги и выкинул на снег.

Показания Чижова подтвердил Максим Волобоев, который к тому моменту уже окончил школу. «Я думал, что у Чижова могли быть связи, и он мог бы мне отомстить. К тому же, Чижов по возрасту старше меня и физически здоров. Я также боялся мести не только со стороны Чижова, но и со стороны Минибаева и Миндибаева, так как они меня предупреждали, чтобы я забыл, что было в ту ночь», — говорил Волобоев, объясняя, почему он ранее он излагал следователям другую версию событий.

На очной ставке с Миндибаевым юноша рассказал, что первые показания он давал под давлением сотрудников милиции и прокуратуры.

«Ну, когда приезжали с очной ставкой, можно сказать то, что нагло показывали места, где находилось тело, в каком районе. Можно сказать, что по частям, по времени, все мне вбивали. В том плане, что если сейчас ты не скажешь, то пойдешь с ними туда же со всеми», — говорил Волобоев. По его словам, при его первых допросах не присутствовали ни адвокаты, ни родители.

«Было их (сотрудников правоохранительных органов — МЗ), можно сказать, человек 10 в одной комнате. Каждый из них говорил свое. Было давление на то, что меня, как сказать, просто запутали сильно, сильно в тот момент, я не понимал, что я делаю в тот момент. И еще могу добавить то, что да, говорили, что пойдешь с ними со всеми, давай говори. Говорили, что делают с такими там на зоне и тому подобное», — утверждал молодой человек.

Так Роман Миндибаев и Рудик Минибаев снова стали подозреваемыми по делу об убийстве Татьяны Кузнецовой. Сотрудники прокуратуры, как выяснилось, не сомневались в их причастности к преступлению даже после того, как были вынуждены отпустить приятелей.

«Это дело находилось у меня в производстве, и лично я допрашивал и того, и другого. Без какого-либо физического или психологического давления эти лица давали добровольно признательные показания. Родственники Миндибаева инициировали кампанию против следствия, были задействованы и телевидение, где минуя нас, со слов только так называемых "правозащитников" и информации, полученной от родителей, информацию выдавали в эфир, где нас выставляли монстрами и фашистами. Если бы Миндибаев и Минибаев назвали фамилию Чижова сразу, «то у нас не было бы дальнейших убийств», сетовал Гурьев. В интервью «Криминальной России» следователь хвастался, что именно он смог найти общий язык с Чижовым — оба мужчины служили в войсках ВДВ. Побеседовав с Гурьевым, Чижов согласился показать трупы Сергеевой, Муллояровой и Егошиной. Тела задушенных им девушек насильник закапывал в лесу.

«Негодяи из правоохранительных органов решили на бедных мальчиков повесить убийство невинной девушки. Они, дескать, бедные овечки», — саркастически поддерживал Гурьева глава управления уголовного розыска МВД по Башкортостану Владислав Гаркавцев.

«В отличие от показаний свидетелей существуют объективные доказательства, которые, в отличие от свидетельский показаний, сложно изменить: например, отсутствие телефонных соединений, сообщений между номерами Миндибаева и Чижова, а следствие получило детализации телефона Чижова за три года, что косвенно указывает на отсутствие знакомства Миндибаева с Чижовым, — рассуждает Владислав Садыков. — По версии следствия они привезли Кузнецову к Чижову в три часа ночи в качестве подарка, но перед этим даже не поставили его в известность об этом. Минибаеву и Миндибаеву в итоге были предъявлены обвинения в изнасиловании группой лиц с причинением тяжкого вреда здоровью (пункты «а», «б» части 2 статьи 131 УК), а также убийстве, совершенном в отношении лица, находящегося в беспомощном состоянии, и сопряженном с изнасилованием (пункты «в», «ж», «к» части 2 статьи 105 УК).

«Я хотел показать в суде, каким образом шьются дела в прокуратуре»

В суде Чижов признался, что оговорил Миндибаева и Минибаева. «Пришел Гурьев, сказал, что по данному эпизоду [убийству Кузнецовой] он подозревает меня и сказал, что он докажет мою вину», — сказал Чижов. По его словам, Гурьев рассказал, что Миндибаев и Минибаев добиваются выплаты компенсации. Следователь пообещал, что денег им никогда не заплатят, а он «докажет, что они виновны». Гурьев объяснил Чижову, что надо говорить на допросе: якобы Миндибаев с Минибаевым привезли Татьяну Кузнецову в гараж, где ее изнасиловали и убили.

«Я согласился с этими доводами Гурьева потому, что хотел показать в суде, каким образом шьются дела в прокуратуре, при этом Гурьев мне сказал, что если я откажусь от своих показаний в суде, то он повесит на меня еще два трупа», — объяснял Чижов. В суде убийца заявил, что их встреча с Кузнецовой не была первой — до этого девушка несколько раз занималась с ним сексом.

«Волобоев, который тоже проходил по данному эпизоду, очень странный человек. Как можно вообще верить его показаниям», — говорил Чижов, выступая в прениях.

Миндибаев в суде рассказывал, что он познакомился с Татьяной в декабре 2005 года, у них завязались отношения, продлившиеся, впрочем, всего два месяца — Роману не нравился образ жизни Кузнецовой, которая часто выпивала, поэтому он предпочел с ней разорвать и начал встречаться с другой девушкой.

В ночь пропажи Кузнецовой, Роман, по его словам, находился у себя дома. «Когда я шел от гаража в сторону дома, я встретил соседей, поздоровался с ними. Около 11 часов утра ему позвонила подруга Татьяны, которая сообщила о ее исчезновении. «Она сказала, что Таня пропала. Я не воспринял это всерьез», — признался Миндибаев. Чижова до очной ставки Роман не знал.

«Я хочу еще сказать, что руководитель следственной группы Гурьев вел данное уголовное дело в 2006 году и в 2008 году, я ему заявлял отвод не раз, потому что я считаю, что он заинтересован в исходе дела, он намеренно хочет посадить нас», — настаивал Миндибаев.

Его приятель Минибаев в суде обратил внимание, что Чижов был знаком с судмедэкспертом Рамазановым, который вскрывал труп Кузнецовой; также у бизнесмена были друзья в милиции. Показания против молодых людей, считает Минибаев, Чижов дал с подачи руководителя следственной группы Гурьева, который с первого дня угрожал Миндибаеву, что посадит его.

«Гурьев не принимал во внимание результаты экспертизы о том, что сперма, обнаруженная у Кузнецовой, была не наша», — говорил он. По мнению обвиняемого, Гурьев склонил серийного убийцу Чижова к оговору, чтобы покрыть ошибки следствия.

«При анализе материалов любого уголовного дела легко определить ложность показаний свидетелей. Если показания корректируются в процессе изменения версий следствия — они ложные. При чтении показаний Минибаева, Волобоева и Смирнова бросается в глаза, что они каждый раз менялись, хотя их сочиняли сами следователи. Это делалось специально для того, чтобы в последующем у суда создать иллюзию, что показания были реальными — якобы они хитрили, поэтому меняли показания в деталях. Потому что сразу вызывает недоумение — если задержанные утверждают, что показания сочиняли сами следователи, то почему они менялись?» — рассуждает Владислав Садыков.

Волобоев, оставшийся в деле в статусе свидетеля, на суд не приехал — командир войсковой части, где он служил, прислал в ответ на повестку письмо: обеспечить явку «не представляется возможным в связи с малой штатной численностью войсковой части».

В суде был допрошен и следователь Луговой, которого называл своим приятелем Чижов; сам следователь это отрицал. Изъятые с места убийства Кузнецовой предметы — стаканчики, бутылка из под шампанского, исписанные листы бумаги, а также гипсовый слепок следа автомобильного протектора — не были признаны и приобщены к материалам уголовного дела в качестве вещественных доказательств. По словам Лугового, эти предметы были осмотрены экспертом-криминалистом на месте, признаны непригодными к идентификации, а затем уничтожены.

Судмедэксперт Рамазанов, в свою очередь, рассказал, что с Чижовым он знаком с 2002 года. В 2006 году они ездили на отдых в компании федерального судьи Ахатова и прокурора Чекмагушевского района Андрея Шумского. При этом эксперт не смог объяснить, почему он не указывал в документах все повреждения, зафиксированные у девушек, обвинявших Чижова в изнасиловании.

В 2009 году Верховный суд Башкирии признал Олега Чижова виновным в восьми изнасилованиях, четырех убийствах и причастности к убийству Татьяны Кузнецовой. Несмотря на то, что родственники жертв были уверены в пожизненном сроке, он получил 22 с половиной года колонии строгого режима. Рудик Минибаев и Роман Миндибаев осуждены на восемь лет заключения в колонии общего режима каждый.

Epilogue

В начале 2017 года руководитель первого отдела по расследованию особо важных дел следственного управления Следственного комитета по Башкирии Виктор Гурьев, расследовавший преступления «бирского маньяка», ушел в отставку.

В 2012 году в «Комитет против пыток» обратился 33-летний житель Башкирии Руслан Хаматханов, который рассказал, что был жестоко избит и изнасилован сотрудниками Следственного комитета. По словам Хаматханова, во время допроса его завели в тренажерный зал, связали тросом, надели на голову противогаз и стали пытать, а затем засунули в задний проход металлическую трубу от тренажера. Распоряжение пытать задержанного отдавал лично Гурьев, утверждал Хаматханов.

В управлении СК по Башкирии обвинения в адрес высокопоставленного следователя назвали «полной нелепицей». Представитель ведомства заверил, что его коллеги работают «в правовом поле с соблюдением всех норм уголовно-процессуального законодательства».

Минибаев и Миндибаев отбыли назначенный им срок и освободились из колонии. Роман устроился на работу и поселился в Уфе. Его отец Акзян Миндибаев уверен, что следователи с самого начала покрывали Олега Чижова, а его сын стал жертвой произвола: «Он (Чижов — МЗ) с 2004 года изнасилованиями занимался, и в прокуратуре об этом знали. И про Кузнецову, скорее всего, знали, но им был нужен козел отпущения».

Эксперт Рамазанов, по словам Акзяна Миндибаева, продолжает работать судмедэкспертом; ни один из силовиков, чьи имена всплывали в связи с делом Чижова, не был наказан. Прокуратура и суды идут на поводу у следствия, которое выбивает из людей нужные показания, подводит итог отец Романа. «За свои действия должен был Гурьев сидеть, а не наш сын», — считает он.
