However, at the congress, these tasks were harshly linked with the name of Xi Jinping and submitted as his personal plan for the new transformation of China.

We are talking about two new strategic stages of development: the first - from 2021, when 1.4 billion inhabitants of the PRC will gain the same “average prosperity” and until 2035. The second is about the middle of the century, when in 2049 they will celebrate 100 years from the founding of the PRC.

The essence of the goals set in each of the stages is set out somewhat confusing and verbose. However, on the sidelines of the congress, Chinese comrades explained to Japanese journalists that by 2035, China is supposed to be brought by welfare, technological and economic development to the level of a “wealthy Western country of the middle type” - like Italy.

Well, by the middle of the century it will be necessary to catch up, or even to overtake the United States in all respects. This also implies the creation of the armed forces comparable to the American - including the powerful ocean fleet that can solve global problems.

The third name

It has already been decided that at the congress, which ends on October 24, extremely important changes will be made to the Charter of the Communist Party. Only two people are now mentioned in it - or rather, it is said about the fundamental theoretical importance of the “ideas of Mao Zedong” and “Theory of Dan Xiaopin”. Now in the charter they will enter the third name - Xi Jinping. At the same time, the term “Xi Jinping Ideas” will be used, which, according to Chinese concepts, is considered more significant than the concept of “theory”. Thus, the current leader of the country is equated with the founder of the PRC Comrade Mao and is placed above Dan Xiaopin, the creator of the concept of the current economic development of the country on the basis of a free market under hard party control. In general, according to sources, it is now supposed to recall Deng Xiaopine, so as not to interfere with the strengthening of the cult of Xi Jinping, who is officially called the “party nucleus”.

As expected, in the new composition of the highest collective authority in China, the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Politburo of the Politburo (now it is seven people), they will not introduce anyone who could claim the role of SI successor, the “party nucleus”

Will there be a successor?

Against this background, the talk that the current leader of the country will not go back to rest, as his predecessors did.
