This question will seem ridiculous to many. How is it - "what is happening"? After all, Russian television channels tirelessly broadcast about Ukraine, and invited experts, discussing the “Ukrainian question” at the political television show, sometimes even fight, finding out whose truth is true.
However, a dense propaganda curtain does not really make it possible to make out what is really happening in Ukraine. Not on the line of contact of the Ukrainian army and separatists in the Donbass, not in negotiations in the contact group and within the “Norman format”, but in a forty -cadul -million country, experiencing a difficult period of not only the struggle for its sovereignty, but also breaking the usual life structure and search for a path into the future. Military reports and reports on political and diplomatic battles overshadow the real everyday life of this country, its economic and social problems, the transformation of its political system, attempts to reform, its successes and misses.
The situation of the information war, which is waged by both parties, is aggravated by the fact that the connections between the expert communities of Russia and Ukraine are almost destroyed. Therefore, the possibilities of obtaining reliable information and high -quality analytics about what is happening in Ukraine have been minimized.
Therefore, the research project that we offer to your attention is extremely important and interesting. This is the ballot "Ukraine today. The main trends ”, the first release of which can already be read, and which will be released on a regular basis - once a quarter.
It is valuable not only for its informational and saturated, high -quality content, but also by the fact that it is prepared for the release of the joint efforts of Ukrainian and Russian scientists.
