The document suggests "believe that a warning of minors in informal associations is a priority task of preventing negative manifestations." As two class heads of school No. 2120 told the publication, they were informed that now their duty, which they promised to prescribe even in the working contract, will be conducting the “preventive monitoring” of the activity of their students on all popular social networks, including VKontakte, Facebook, Instagram, Odnoklassniki. Teachers must track which groups enter the students, which posts are published, whom they add to friends.

Teachers are prescribed by the "algorithm for monitoring social networks to identify the facts of involving minors in the activities of asocial communities." At the same time, teachers did not explain what it is and how to work with it.

The order was issued according to the results of the meeting of the “interagency permanent working group on the prevention of negative manifestations among students of educational organizations subordinate to the Moscow Education City”. "It is still unknown whether this practice extends to other schools and other educational institutions of Moscow and other subjects of the country," the publication notes.

In April 2014, the Ministry of Education and Science prepared the draft government of the Government "On the Anti -Terrorism Protection of Organizations engaged in educational activities."
