Boris Gritsa was introduced to the Presnensky district court of five escort. He dutifully followed them. I did not hide the face from the cameras.

Gritz did not answer. Journalists tried to turn to a lawyer, but he hastily disappeared into the courtroom.

At the entrance to the hall, a mash arose due to cameras with tripods, but the meeting began almost on time.

While the investigator read out the circumstances of the detention of Grits, the accused with an absent look looked in front of him, folding his hands on his knees. He did not consult with a lawyer and was silent throughout the meeting. Only confirmed the court by personality and lack of criminal record.

According to the investigation, the arrested GRITS was taken to the department, where a criminal case was instituted on him for attempted murder. Grits himself admitted himself “partially guilty”, but denied that he was about to kill the Felgenhauer.

“I did not want to kill her,” the investigator of the word Grits said.

The investigation asked Gritsa into custody on common grounds: it could hide from the investigation, threaten witnesses, destroy evidence. The prosecutor Clement Yurzditsky, in turn, recalled that Gritsa has Israeli citizenship and therefore "he can try to hide." Another argument of the prosecution was the corpus delicti: for the attempted murder, a punishment is provided for up to 5 years in prison.

“Your honor, I ask you to appoint a preventive measure to my client, not related to detention,” the lawyer of the Gritsa Andrei Golodnyuk answered the question of the judge.

Grits noticed that he was not going to hide from the investigation.

In a short break between the meeting and the announcement of the court’s decision, reporters exchanged information: some could not get to the meeting, and for some reason there was no sound in the broadcast for journalists. They tried to find out what is known about Andrei Golodnyuk: the website of the Russian Law Chamber states that Holodnyuk was awarded the organization’s honor and the medal “For Merit in Protecting the Rights and Freas of citizens of the II degree”. In all likelihood, Holodnyuk is a lawyer for their intended purpose.

Before the announcement of the court ruling, journalists tried to ask Gritsa questions.

- Boris Vladimirovich, where did you get the scheme? Have you got acquainted with Tatyana? Are you repenting?

And frankly mocking:

- Do you still support telepathic connection?

Grits gloomyly looked in front of him and was silent.

Judge Evgeny Naydenov in the decision repeated the arguments of the investigation that Grits could hide from the investigation, and wrapped himself in Gritsa until December 23. Grits took a resolution without emotions - there was an impression that he did not care.

Lawyer Golodnyuk refused to answer the press. “My client and I do not give comments,” he told reporters.
