The word "extremist" rush left and right. In Murom, they called punk rockers from Dubna. And naturally, the concert was canceled. In the Vladimir region, they are now banned. Not a single song of "porn films" is included in the list of extremist materials. They don’t call anyone for any barricades. They do not drink, do not smoke, are engaged in charity. But suspiciously, suspiciously ... and as a result, the wording is: "they promote an asocial lifestyle, instill distrust and hatred of state authorities and law enforcement agencies." We find out from the leader of the PF Vladimir Kotlyarov that it is asocial.

- Congratulations, so you are extremists. How did this thought come to the mind of people in the homeland of Ilya Muromets?

- This is not the first time we have come across this. A year ago, in Vladimir, we were handed over to the concert from place to place for one day. They also suspected something. As a result, we played, but only the third club agreed to provide us with the scene. There were problems in Belgorod, in Volgograd. In Ulan-Ude, posters with the inscription "Porn films" hung all over the city. Locals decided that it was an advertisement for pornography, and began to write complaints.

- The name is really strange.

- It is appropriate. Look what pornography around: the roads are terrible, the salaries are poor, and people hang in shopping centers and don’t think about anything - aren't these porn films?

- And in Murom it is believed that you "initiated the protest activity of youth." Initiated?

- Where to initiate it even more? Officials do everything so that these moods are. How does it happen in a normal situation? We play, then for several days on social networks they post pictures from the concert, share impressions. And no problem. But they ran into us, how the snowball began to grow, it reached the media, and now you are interviewing me. But we were not initiated.

- Another claim that the Murom administration presented to you, is mat. They say that Shnurov has the right mat, household, so he can. And you have the wrong, political.

“Five-six-six obscenities.” It is difficult for me to understand which of them is political and which are apolitical. On our posters there is a marking of 16+. In some cities - 18+, it depends on the city, everywhere its own orders. Yes, I would like to explain with a high literary calm, but I do not see such an opportunity. We sing about what is happening in Russia, and here you can not do without a mat. We have a song with a chorus: “A poor country, we (in FIG) do not need. The main thing for us is to receive a salary and an advance. ” Yes, she is with obscenities.

And it was like that. I worked at the food plant, we packaged jams and ketchups for McDonalds in portioned jars. At lunchtime, the whole shift gathered and discussed the news. And so they discuss the news about how local officials saw a billion budget rubles in St. Petersburg. Mat-transmate. Workers shout: “Thieves! They have already lost his conscience! - Yes, it's bad. Do you have a positive program?

- Our new album is called "in the range between despair and hope." The first song is “Russia for the sad”: “Think correctly, feel right: with your heart in the grave, soul in prison! This is Russia! Russia - for sad! No choice, no change! " . But the album ends with the words: "Here we will become changes!" You can’t sit back and wait for changes, as Tsoi suggested.

- And demand?

- Who? There is no one here but us. Where do corrugated police and deputies come from, who are so unhappy with everyone? From another universe? No, from the people. If we ourselves are what we want from them? We must change ourselves. Changing yourself, change the whole world. It will have more compassion and less selfishness. This is our positive program.

-Somehow even too positive for the punks. You are generally some kind of atypical, although you go through the category of punk rock: do not drink, do not smoke, vegans. That something is wrong. Officials, when to know your lifestyle, they say: yes this is a riot!

- They say correctly, logical. The system needs obedient subjects who will sit by the TV, drink vodka and watch TV shows. She does not need sober people who think critically. It is necessary that we die early and we can not pay pensions. So, of course, a rebellion.

The administration does not like the mat. But I know many performers who not only swear, but also promote alcohol and drugs in their songs. If they come on tour to the Vladimir region, they will have no problems. They are mainstream, and the punks against this background we are. I love Akhmatov, Tsvetaev, Mandelstam, Boris Red, I quote them in my songs. And this is also a punk today. There is such a stamp: physical and spiritual education of youth. I am for this: a healthy lifestyle, normal psyche, ideals. It would seem the dream of any official. But the government wants completely different - to educate weak, cynical and limp people.

- From the propaganda of a healthy lifestyle far to the call for rebellion and barricades that you are attributed to you.

- And we do not call. If you now arrange a revolution, some greeders will be replaced by other greedy. A coup in your head, then barricades will not be needed. Time will pass, you yourself will become a deputy, you will become a police officer. And if you are an honest person, then life in the country will be honest.

- Tell us about your audience. Are these guys for sixteen to seventeen years old?

- Yes, mostly high school students and students. They read books, and they are merciful. This year they collected a million for patients with leukemia. There is such a practice - the musicians ask fans to quit on the album recording. There, on crowdfunding platforms, they collect money in favor of patients. But patients are usually donated less willingly than musicians. It is more interesting to have fun than to help. We decided to fix it. This is also an educational moment: you participate in charity - you get an album. And the record eventually made with their own money. It cost 10 thousand rubles.

-I heard that you signed up in the garage, in a pankovsky, like a real garage group.

- No, this is outdated information. We really rehearsed and wrote in the garage for several years, but six months ago we turned off the light there, and we had to move out. We recorded this album in the basement.
