They became Sergey Yeremin. And the nephew of Anatoly Bykov - was detained

On October 24, two -week procedures, called the "Elections of the Head of the City", ended in Krasnoyarsk. The final stage in the City Council once again brightly approved the fact that the mayor of the Krasnoyarsk residents elected a narrow circle of people from the political council of the regional branch of United Russia, headed by the acting governor Alexander Uss. And the City Council in a disciplined approved their choice.

At the same time, there are not enough deputies in the City Council, no 300 thousand voters are represented. However, that the sense of remembers them is generally: 86% of them, according to the hundredthold, advocated the preservation of direct elections of the mayor, 10% was against it. And what helped? The voice of these magic 86% of the vote is taken into account when necessary.

The townspeople for the first time only watched the mayor’s elections. At first, the applicants were selected on October 11, a commission of representatives of the governor (five people) and city deputies (also five). There were 13 candidates, four were left. Of these, three are officials, representatives of the “EP” and another, willingly with the “EP” blocking and concluding alliances, a construction magnate, billionaire and deputy Vladimir Egorov. This blessed picture did not spoil, on the contrary, revived.

On October 18, one of these candidates, the former mayor of Edham Akbulatov, announced the refusal of further struggle: "All management levers must be concentrated in the hands of the USSA."

On October 24, as it was stipulated, this was not hidden by the “United Russia” - another of them - the head of the Soviet district administration Vladislav Loginov took self: “I am withdrawing my candidacy in favor of Sergey Eremin, since two candidates represent one party.” And Eremin began to congratulate long before the end of the action. Then, since such a thing, and Yegorov suggested vote for Eremin.

Nevertheless, this operation only seems smooth - the path of "EP" to this victory turned out to be thorny. After all, 4 years ago, the “YP” lost the elections to the Bykovtsy City Council - the local “patriots of Russia”, led by the former shadow master of Krasnoyarsk Anatoly Bykov, conditionally convicted for 6.5 years for organizing the assassination assassination and amnestied after condemning for the hiding of another murder, and at that time the deputy of the Krasnoyarsk Krai Legislation. He came to the City Council, led by Valery Bykov (nephew) under the slogan "Anatoly Bykov - to the governors!" And they took more mandates than other parties. And it is clear that the “EP” could not have been so conflicting to keep their appointments to key posts: the “EP” has 12 votes in the City Council, and the minimum for the mayor’s passage was 19. The “patriots” had 14, however, 4 remained 4, the faction disappeared. Or, if you like, it was dissolved - the “Bykovites” were tritely bought, turned over, etc. In particular, the three deputies, including the Valery Bykov tribe, after negotiations with the mayor of Akbulatov, promising EP support, gained access to the feeding trough - occupied leading posts in the municipal enterprises of Krasnoyarsk.

On July 31, the youth movement activist Daria Tarbeeva at the Territory of Smir of Smucking Klyazma asked the secretary of the General Council of “ER” Sergey Neverov: “The current head of Krasnoyarsk wants to stay for a new term and, therefore, he handed over the positions in the municipal organizations of Krasnoyarsk to deputies of the City Council. I think this is a bribery. Why does the party of power not want to give the right to residents of cities to decide who to choose the mayor? " Neverov replied: "If there are such facts, then pass them on to me, and we will make the corresponding request."

Meanwhile, Bykov publicly renounced the nearest associates, including from the tribal: “This man put on himself, on our family ties, the cross. I no longer have a nephew. I openly declare - I do not know who he is. This is the essence of a person who allows himself to buy and sell. And betray. I even offered him to change my last name. ”

And soon a criminal case was brought to a relative, who had not yet replaced the surname, having convicted of fraud upon receipt of subsidies from the regional budget. According to investigators, Valery Bykov illegally received more than 10 million rubles as a compensation for the cost of building a vegetable store, providing a falsified act of acceptance of the facility.

At the time of receiving the subsidy, Bykov Jr. was the Executive Director of the Agricultural Company Demeter, established by his uncle (then he fired him). In the "Demeter" and the Ministry of Agriculture were searches. The deputy himself disappeared from the investigation and on October 18 was put on the wanted list, asking for caring citizens to report to the police if they saw him where.

Family-clan drama was surprisingly resolved at one minutes with the appointment of the mayor. When the deputies listened to the candidates who shot their candidates, a message came about the detention of the youngest Bykov.

The City Council approved the candidacy of Eremin. 23 deputies of 29 present voted for him. Eremin previously headed the regional Ministry of Transport. He is 41 years old.

Thus ended the viewing of the Krasnoyarsk two -week idea of ​​the essence of the sovereign, indirect, energy, raw material democracy that has prevailed in it. All these epithets are designed to disguise the simple fact that democracy is either not or not, and complementary definitions will not help. The former mayor of Akbulatov spoke best about her disappearance: “It is more correct to make the head of the city comfort the acting governor.”

What are the townspeople, what are the interests of a millionth city, what are you talking about? In this phrase - everything you should know about today's local self -government in Russia and non -interference in its state affairs. No one recalls the European Charter of Local Self -Government, obliging the states guaranteed to ensure the independence of municipalities, and they are working in the interests of the local population. Russia once signed this charter, and President Putin loved to mention it, saying that mayors, of course, should choose citizens.
