Some detained shareholders were released from the police. Six remain in the department

In Moscow, ten equity holders of the Tsaritsyno residential complex, who were detained during a protest action, were released from the police with explanatory notes. Six still remain in the Tverskoy OVD, the OVD-Info hotline was reported.

Earlier, the police detained 16 participants in single pickets organized by members of the initiative group of defrauded equity holders of the Tsaritsyno residential complex. They were taken to the Tverskoy police department. In the reports, the police indicated Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the law on rallies).

UPD. The last six detainees were released from the police, having drawn up reports on them under Part 5 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event).
