The head of the “Rossiy of Russia” Alexander Kalinin sent a State Duma to the State Duma to Vyacheslav Volodin a letter, in which he asks not to reduce the financing of the subprogram “Development of small and medium -sized enterprises” (SMEs). This became known to Kommersant .
Kalinin’s appeal says that the budget draft for 2018 has been reduced from 7.5 billion rubles to 3.3 billion rubles. According to Kalinin, the reduction in the subprogram will lead to freezing the measures begun in the regions to support SMEs. The head of the “support” noted that the subprogram gives a tangible budget return.
The Ministry of Economy supported the appeal and asked the first deputy prime minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov to allocate more than the current volume-14 billion rubles for the implementation of the program. The deputy head of the department, Oleg Fomichev, recalled that the SME financing program from year to year shows its effectiveness.
This issue was also considered at the end of September at a meeting of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin with representatives of the Rossiya Russia, and the Russian leader instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to consider the possibility of increasing financing of the SME.
