Petersburg faces a shortage of bread

The Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko addressed a letter to the deputy prime minister of the Russian government Arkady Dvorkovich, in which he warned him about the possible shortage of bread in the city due to the lack of car wagons.
