Primorye: the cost of power orphans a third below normal

In Primorye, more than a third of the norm, financing of the nutrition of orphans and children left without parental care was cut. Because of this, portions are reduced, important products disappear from the diet of children. At the estimated norm of 271 rubles for food, minor pupils of orphanages allocated 182 rubles per day. As a result, the food does not comply with the established standards.

On the facts of the identified violations, the regional prosecutor's office sent the presenter to the governor. As a result, the funds allocated for food increased from 157.65 rubles to the current 182. This increase cost the regionalbudget of 24.6 million rubles for 2017. The Department of Education and Science also planned to increase funding for the coming years: from January 1, 2018 - to 210 rubles, in 2019 - up to 241.5 rubles.

Earlier it was reported that in one of the houses of the child in the Far East, preschoolers were fed porridge containing finely dispersed metal chips. When checking the food unit of the child’s house, employees of Rospotrebnadzor found several parties of non -union millet, oatmeal, not having a marking, and rice. Oatmeal and rice of unknown origin were destroyed.
