Businessman Umar Dzhabrailov was fined 4,000 rubles for drug use (Part 1 of Article 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Mediazona reports with reference to the press service of the court. The decision was issued by a magistrate of judicial district No. 370 of the Tverskoy district of Moscow.

According to unconfirmed reports, after the shooting incident at the Moscow Four Seasons hotel, where Dzhabrailov was detained, “white powder”, alcohol and pills were found in the room. It was also reported that Dzhabrailov's drug test was positive.
