Umar Dzhabrailov was fined 4,000 rubles for drug use

Businessman Umar Dzhabrailov was fined 4,000 rubles for drug use (Part 1 of Article 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Mediazona reports with reference to the press service of the court. The decision was issued by a magistrate of judicial district No. 370 of the Tverskoy district of Moscow.

It is not specified which episode the case is related to. According to unconfirmed reports, after the shooting incident at the Moscow Four Seasons hotel, where Dzhabrailov was detained, “white powder”, alcohol and pills were found in the room. It was also reported that Dzhabrailov's drug test was positive.

The criminal case of hooliganism initiated against Dzhabrailov after the shooting at the hotel was taken to court, the reported Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow on October 26. It was reported that he pleaded guilty and asked to consider the case in a special order.
