What seems monstrous to everyone who knows Sophia Apfelbaum in life and in work is an ordinary case of the practice of current justice. Over the past two years, the number of people who signed such an agreement has grown in innumerable proportions.

He needs recognition again. Or - legally certified readiness to cooperate.

After all, she, in fact, removes from the shoulders of the accusations a difficult professional duty - to prove the guilt of people protected by the presumption of innocence. He knocked out the willingness to cooperate - and free. One is guilty - everything is guilty.

Previously, during the years of large terror, recognition was knocked out torture.

Now - isolation to the court, criminals in the cell, a tough regime of imprisonment. A former responsible employee of the Ministry of Culture, who oversaw a lot of theatrical projects, now becomes - on a preliminary charges, without a trial - almost the central figure of the upcoming process: she prepared the scam - the survivor of 68 million - and allegedly legalized it.

Meanwhile, the Apfelbaum itself, which has repeatedly given a “new” comment during the process, blamed herself in one thing: she did not strictly require the entire volume of the so -called “primary”: financial documents are strongly necessary for all business transactions necessary to prepare performances. Now for the lack of “primary” she will be forced to survive what not every person can survive.

When Dmitry Medvedev was the head of state, even though he studied in the same place as the current, yesterday and tomorrow our president, he repeatedly said that in economic crimes a person should not sit at all, that it was necessary to soften the practice of pre -trial punishment and facilitate, by the way, thus the bore of the budget. This is also indicated by the 108 article of the Code of Criminal Procedure, which works exclusively selectively.

But the Investigative Committee, led by Alexander Bastrykin, will be a little more and will repeat after the French “Sun king” “The state is me!”: Yes, in essence, it already demonstrates this with numerous freshly discovered affairs.

... Investigators are looking for evidence of the fault of Sophia Apfelbaum. But the theater community of the capital is no longer important whether they will find or not. In a sense, investigators have already lost the process. Even if the court passes as a parade of evidence of the guilt of all those involved in the “Seventh Studio” case, the society in its best part (dozens of flagships of Russian culture, its first persons signed guarantees for the defendants in the future process) will no longer believe him. The strategic cruelty of the state, Voltaire once wrote, turns the hearts of subjects from him.

It is impossible to get rid of the feeling that the power and the educated layer, including cultural figures, have changed places: “Already you!” - From now on, it spreads exclusively from above.
