On the evening of October 25, Sergei Ryzhov, the coordinator of the Free People party in Saratov, was given a summons that said that on the morning of the 26th he needed to appear at police station No. 5 to draw up a protocol on “repeated violation of the procedure for holding public events.” This was reported to OVD-Info by human rights activist Sergei Okunev.
According to Okunev, Ryzhov was not at home. The activist's relatives contacted the lawyer, who told them that the actions of the police were illegal, since by that time it was already late in the evening. A police officer verbally reported that they were going to draw up a report on Ryzhov for a certain walk. She didn't specify which one. The notice was thrown into the mailbox.
On October 24, Ryzhov was given 80 hours of compulsory labor on a similar charge for participating in the Opposition Walk on October 8.
