The court gave Navalny's supporters in Perm forced labor and fines for walking with balloons

On October 24 and 25, the Leninsky District Court of Perm ruled in administrative cases against supporters of Alexei Navalny for walking with balloons and newspapers on September 2. This was reported to OVD-Info on October 26 by Inna Zhuravleva.

Alexei Bessonov and Navalny's headquarters coordinator Natalya Vavilova were each fined 10,000 rubles. They were found guilty of violating the procedure for holding a public event (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Underage activist Alena was also fined 10,000 rubles under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. In addition, her mother was fined 100 rubles under the article on parents' failure to fulfill their obligations to raise minors (Article 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The coordinator of the headquarters was also sentenced to 24 hours of compulsory work for the walk on October 14th. The decision was made by the Sverdlovsk District Court.
