The Presnensky Court of Moscow granted the investigation's request to extend the house arrest of mathematics teacher Dmitry Bogatov until January 31 next year in the case of calls for terrorism, TASS reports .
At the same time, the court granted Bogatov’s request to visit doctors.
In court, the investigator motivated the request to extend the period of house arrest by the fact that additional examinations are required to conduct an examination due to the complexity of the technical aspects of the investigation. “Recently, the accused not only appears normally for interrogations, but also calmly gives evidence, but he has a foreign passport, so we ask to extend the period of house arrest for three months,” said a representative of the investigation.
During the previous meeting to extend the period of detention, it became known that the proceedings in Bogatov’s case were being handled by Lieutenant Colonel of Department “E” Kirill Gennadievich Revakov .
