The US presidential administration Donald Trump prepared a new sanctions list under the pressure of the Republicans and Democrats, dissatisfied with the soft policy of the White House in relation to Russia, Nyt notes. New restrictions will be a response to the actions of the Russian authorities in Eastern Europe and Syria, as well as the alleged Russian intervention in the US presidential election in 2016.

The new US sanctions will affect 33 Russian defense enterprises, as well as the FSB, the foreign intelligence service, the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Russian Federation (former GRU) - a full list is given below.
