Ekho Moskvy reported the departure of the journalist due to lack of security guarantees

The editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy, Alexei Venediktov , told the Dozhd TV channel that the radio station's journalist Ksenia Larina would leave Russia due to a lack of security guarantees. According to him, the mention of Larina on the air of Vladimir Solovyov on the Vesti FM radio station could be a reason for attacking her.

“I have decided to evacuate Ksenia Larina, and she will leave the country for at least six months until her safety is guaranteed, because the next blow to the throat may be after this transfer from Solovyov (…) I have no other way to protect my journalists”

On the air of Solovyov, it was mentioned that Larina commented on Facebook on the attack on her colleague Tatyana Felgenhauer on October 23 with the words “Solovyov really wanted to, cattle. Who, he says, will shut their filthy mouths? Volunteers have been found. In this regard, Larina was accused of slander during the broadcast, and the guest of the broadcast, journalist Armen Gasparyan, called Larina an outright bastard.

Venediktov believes that the attack on Felgenhauer itself could have been provoked by the broadcast on the Rossiya 24 TV channel on October 11, where the journalist, like Ekho Moskvy itself, was accused of serving the interests of foreign states.

The editor-in-chief of "Echo" said that he would ask the Investigative Committee to interrogate the journalists of "Russia 24" as part of the investigation into the attack on Felgenhauer.

Tatyana Felgenhauer was attacked right in the editorial office and stabbed in the throat. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on attempted murder, the accused is an Israeli citizen Boris Grits, he was arrested. Gritz stated that he was in a telepathic connection with Felgenhauer, and she sexually harassed him through this connection. The Investigative Committee explains the attack by the mental imbalance of the accused.

Felgenhauer underwent surgery, she is currently at the Sklifosovsky Institute in the Department of Surgery.
