Gref told under what circumstances he would leave Sberbank

German Gref said under what conditions he is ready to resign from the post of president of Sberbank.

According to him, he “more and more” does not understand what he is doing. “There will come a moment when I will finally understand, and I think it will be a moment when I need to leave right away,” Gref explained. According to him, December 1, 2017 will mark 10 years since he became president of the bank.

Gref became the president and also the chairman of the board of Sberbank in November 2007. Over the past period, the bank’s shareholders have re-elected him three times. Gref's powers will end in December 2019.
