According to investigators, Razzakov spat at the sniper of the second squad of the first company of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops, thereby publicly insulting him.
On October 27, Razzakov was summoned to the Investigative Committee for interrogation as a witness, and only at the interrogation itself did the investigator declare that he intended to interrogate the Crimean Tatar under video recording as a suspect in a criminal case.
