Criminal and administrative cases are being brought to activists. Supporters of the opposition policy are expelled from universities and are trying to expel from schools. Navalny activists are threatened with murder and violence . They are beaten and offended .

Ksenia Pakhomova, coordinator of the Navalny headquarters in Kemerovo, told how the local administration presses on her relatives. The civil husband of Ksenia Alexander Stepantsov was recently expelled from the Kuzbass State Technical University named after T.F. Gorbachev. According to Stepantsov, he was punished for the opposition activities of Ksenia.

“I finished the first year for the“ excellent ”assessment and switched to the second,” says Alexander Stepantsov Radio Liberty. - Since the beginning of this school year, I received an increased student scholarship: three thousand rubles. I have an extract from the bank confirming this information. Suddenly on October 9, they called the dean and invited to go to the university for a conversation. I did not think to worry, because the university administration and teachers have never had any complaints to me. But the dean’s office reported that I, it turns out, did not submit a report on educational practice over the last academic year. I wrote an explanatory one for the first time I hear, like the whole group in which I study, about such a need. Then I asked Stenin Dmitry Vladimirovich, director of the Institute of Information Technology, Machine Engineering and vehicles, which is part of the university, what needs to be done because I wanted to solve this misunderstanding as quickly as possible.

Stenin replied that the debt should be repaid in a week. On the same day, I sent a job to the teacher. He asked to remake some points. I corrected and sent practice to him again. As a result, I provided the university with the final version of the test work less than twenty -four hours after I learned about the debt. But the teacher refused to assess the test. When I went to the dean’s office again, they told me that I was expelled on the tenth of October. It turns out that I was expelled on the same day when they reported the debt! Stenin explained that the teacher, who was supposed to evaluate my work, said that I did not pass the test and there is no progress in this direction.

- The requirement to submit the test was presented only to you or the whole group where you studied?

- The whole group was in such a situation, but most of my classmates were not expelled. Moreover, my classmates have not yet passed the practice, because of which I have already been kicked out. Only two students were expelled, who, as far as I know, did not pass the last summer session. One of them did not even appear in the classroom. The only reason why I could be thrown out of the university at one point is the work of my common -law wife Ksenia Pakhomova at Navalny's headquarters. It is especially outraged by me that they expelled me with numerous violations of the law. I'm not talking about the fact that I have not yet been familiarized with the order of deductions under the signature. Of course, I will dispute the deduction from the university in court. We have already sent statements to all supervisory authorities.

- I called the Kuzbass State Technical University to get a comment on your deductions. I.O. The rector refused to talk with Radio Liberty. Dmitry Stenin did not answer the letter asking him to state his version of events. Do you say at least something about the work of the headquarters of Navalny or anti-corruption rallies before deductions? Dean, rector or teachers threatened to expel you for the political activity of the civil wife, or maybe they asked to influence Ksenia?

- The leadership of the university even began to bother with threats or conversations. I think they simply completed the order of the regional administration, without going into details. By the way, I support Ksenia at the headquarters of Navalny, but I myself was only once on protests. June 12 at the rally “He is not Dimon for you”. I cannot be called an oppositionist or political activist.

-Why did you decide that you were kicked out due to the fact that your civilian wife is Navalny’s coordinator in Kemerovaya?

- The teacher who was supposed to put me in educational practice said that in his memory such schemes at the university were enjoyed only if they wanted to get rid of the student. I have never had any conflicts or problems in relations with teachers at the university. In addition, they have already tried to put pressure on Ksenia through her relatives, ”says Alexander Stepantsov.

- The regional authorities chose a very vague method to fight me. Local officials do not personally tell me anything, but they pursue my loved ones. First, they blackmail my grandmother, who works in a budget institution, in the Museum of Fine Arts of the Kemerovo Region. Please note that the Kuzbass State Technical University also obeys the administration of the Kemerovo region.

- The leadership of the museum, by order of local authorities, forced almost a seventy -year -old woman who has been working in the museum for many years, discourage me to conduct public events related to the activities of Navalny’s headquarters.

- The administration threatened to dismiss your grandmother?

- The leadership of the museum said that there are no professional complaints about the grandmother. They are very ashamed, they are forced to do this, they treat the grandmother well, but "you need to do something with your granddaughter, otherwise the prosecutor's office and the police will do." They hinted that if I continue in the same spirit, then my grandmother would have to be fired.

We submitted one hundred and two notifications to the administration of the Kemerovo region on public events. The officials did not have time to answer us in time, and we sent a statement that we perceive their silence as consent. Like, thank you very much, administration, we now have one hundred and two agreed events. At one of the sites in the city, which was indicated in our application, we conducted a live broadcast for the Cactus Channel program Navalny Live. I sat in the middle of the city at the table and talked with the Moscow headquarters of Navalny on Skype. Imagine, they brought my grandmother to this action in a service car. The confused grandmother came up to me and said that she could be fired if she does not try to force me to stop the event. I was very offended by my grandmother, but I continued the action.

On October 7, when there was an all -Russian action in support of Alexei Navalny, my grandmother again tried to force me to come to a rally and ask me to stop political activities. Grandma refused this time. She said so: "Do what you want. Firing, but I will not prohibit Ksyusha." After that, the museum administration lagged behind her grandmother. They did not want to dismiss her, they were very embarrassed in this situation. Apparently, the authorities did not leave the museum of choice. The leadership of the museum realized all the muck of this situation, but most likely, it was very crushed by "from above." As a result of this story, the grandmother was on sick leave. I think the stress that she survived due to blackmail affected her health.

- Does your grandmother support you?

- Both me and Navalny. Me because I am her granddaughter. And Navalny, because he believes that he will make a good president. Grandmother, of course, worries for me because she sees how they pursue Navalny activists in the whole country. But, first of all, the grandmother understands that you can not succumb to blackmail and be afraid of threats.

- Employees of the Center "E" or the FSB held "preventive conversations" with you?

- An FSB officer called me and invited me to a cafe. I said that I would come only on the agenda. After they brought me the agenda, I came to a meeting with a lawyer. I think, due to the fact that I was accompanied by a lawyer, an FSB officer refrained from threats. He persuaded me to testify in the case of a local opposition, whom they wanted to accuse of extremism. I refused. Then he said that if I talk about this conversation, they will be very upset, and I will have problems with the reputation.

- He did not explain. But soon in the area of the city where I used to live, leaflets appeared with my photo, phone number and text that I provide sexual services. I’m not sure that I can connect with an Employee of the FSB and the appearance of these leaflets to be connected with each other. But still, a strange coincidence ... After the rally on October 7, these leaflets were pasted for the second time. I have no idea who makes such muck, but I am sure that this is due to my political activity. You know, they somehow struggle with the headquarters of Navalny in Kemerovo: either the leaflets will hang, then the landlords of the premises where our headquarters is located will intimidate. The entrepreneurs who passed the office under our headquarters recently called the administration and said that they either drive us out, or they will have problems. And recently they postponed the Hyde Park, where a rally was held in support of Alexei Navalny, on the outskirts of the city. On October 7, the administration arranged in a park where a rally was supposed to be held in support of Navalny, a real circus. They cordoned off the square with a fence, put on the perimeter popular warriors, drove special equipment, which issued a terrible noise and let the exhaust gases, sawing trees over a cube, tried to run into us with a tractor. But we took people inside the square, and the rally still turned out.

-Do you have any problems at the university because of work at Navalny's headquarters?

- I took a break in my studies to completely devote myself to the presidential campaign of Navalny. By the way, I did not know anything about Navalny until the spring of this year. I didn’t even want to watch the film "He is not Dimon". But after, thanks to the persuasion of friends, I saw an investigation into the corruption activities of high -ranking officials, I went to a meeting with Navalny (he soon came to our city) and realized that this person could change Russia. When Putin became president, I was six years old. It turns out that all my life is the president of our country only Putin. It is necessary to change this, so I'm here.
