The judge of the forecaster of Tula, Svetlana Afonina, arrested for eight days Nikolai Mironov, a volunteer of the local headquarters Alexei Navalny, for a single picket against political repression, according to the Twitter of the headquarters. The activist was detained and condemned the day before.

Mironov was found guilty under part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (holding a public event without submitting a notification).

The hearing in the case lasted five hours. At the process, the police said that they knew in advance who and where they were going to detain.

According to the ATS-Info, the volunteer stood near the local monument to the victims of the Stalinist terror with the poster "there is no political repression." First, two provocateurs approached Mironov, and then employees of the CPE, who called the patrol service outfit. The provocateurs were detained, but then almost immediately released. Mironov was taken to the Police Department "Privokzalnaya", and then to the court.

According to the coordinator of the Tula headquarters of Navalny Dmitry Nikolaev, the Central Bank’s employees shot a picket to the video and, judging by the case file, transferred information about the action to the city administration, which caused the detention.

They did not interrogate provocateurs in court.

On the eve of Moscow near the 1905 metro station, the police detained the coordinator of the metropolitan headquarters of Navalny Nikolai Lyaskin, deputy coordinator Vitaly Seerukanov and headquarters of the headquarters Dmitry Volova. Later, five volunteers were detained in the same place. All the detainees were delivered to the Presnensky police department, from where they released without protocols. The Moscow headquarters of Navalny last Sunday spent the day of mobilization of volunteers for street agitation.
