In St. Petersburg, at about 18 pm, at the exit from the entrance, traffic police officers detained activist Vladislav-Clinton Baranov. He was taken to Police Department No. 64 and, according to information from the "Detainees' Assistance Group in St. Petersburg", he is allegedly accused of "Illegal acquisition, storage, transportation, manufacture, processing of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues" (Article 228 of the Criminal Code). At the same time, Baranov's friends and colleagues assure that he does not do anything like that and he did not have and could not have any drugs.
UPD. 21:40 According to OVD-Info by phone, Baranov is being taken for a medical examination and accused of possession of narcotic substances without the intent to sell. Open Russia lawyer Svetlana Ratnikova is not yet allowed into the case.
