The organizer of a rally in memory of the defenders of Kazan who fell in the 16th century is being taken to court

The police drew up a protocol under Part 1 of Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the procedure for holding a public event by the organizer) against the organizer of the rally in memory of the fallen defenders of Kazan during the capture of the city by Ivan the Terrible, Galishan Nuriakhmet. According to Nuriakhmet, a protocol was drawn up against him due to the fact that during the rally the topic of teaching the Tatar language in schools was raised - and this does not correspond to the stated goal of the event.

Judge Bagavova pointed out that the police documents said that the administrative offense was committed by Nuriakhmetov, and not by Nuriakhmet.
