The student was accused of attempted murder (part 3 of Article 30 and Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), as well as hooliganism using explosive devices (part 3 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

On September 5, the ninth grade student of the school attacked a teacher with a kitchen ax, and after that he opened shooting in a class of pneumatic weapons and arranged several explosions. The teacher received a head injury, three more students were injured.

The schoolboy is under arrest. His lawyer stated that the schoolboy repented and asked for forgiveness from the victims.
