Four families from Chita lost their only housing after a fire in 2014. Since then, the city administration has not provided apartments to two families of Pogorelsev, who lived in municipal housing - Oleg Yakovlev and his neighbor. When transferring documents to the government of the region, the City Hall of Chita "forgot" about them, writes Chita.ru.
On the site of a burned -up building, shortly after the fire, the construction of a residential building began, in which the city authorities promised to provide apartments to all families, including with contracts on the socialist housing. Later, the construction company went bankrupt, the house was transferred to the company "PGS". The process of transferring the construction to the new contractor was controlled in the regional government, as a result, the agreements on the apartments for Yakovlev and his neighbor were not concluded. It turned out that the city administration, when transferring documents to the region, did not take into account municipal apartments.
The case became resonant after the appearance of Yakovlev on the air of the First Channel on the Male/Female program, where Pogoreletz complained about the inaction of the Chita City Hall.
