German Sterligov decided to sell the Bread and Salt chain of stores because of the demands of the prosecutor's office to serve homosexuals

Businessman German Sterligov said that he would close the Moscow chain of stores “Bread and Salt” due to pressure from the prosecutor’s office, the entrepreneur wrote on his personal page on the VKontakte social network.

According to the businessman, at first the prosecutor’s office demanded that the word “faggots” be removed from the “Faggots not allowed” signs posted at the entrances to stores. The entrepreneur complied with the department’s requirements and replaced the word “faggots” with “sodomites.”

“Then it turned out that’s not what they needed, it’s not a matter of words. They need us to START SERVING everyone who comes to us - that is, FAGAS, including. Otherwise, they promised that as a result of comprehensive checks, where their chief prosecutor demands that we find “possible violations” (see documents below), they will still close us and open cases (spelling and punctuation of the source have been preserved - MZ),” the businessman wrote.

Sterligov said that he was faced with the choice of “saving the business or saving his conscience” and the entrepreneur decided to sell five stores for 600 thousand dollars. He added that one of the network’s points on Sadovo-Spasskaya Street is already closed.

In September, a businessman fired a saleswoman who worked in a Kirov store because she treated a homosexual to kvass. Sterligov called the woman “scum” and “dirty bastard” and threatened that he would “kick the rest of the saleswomen out onto the road” if they supported his colleague.

The Bread and Salt grocery chain operates in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kirov and Perm. The franchise stores sell bread, dairy products, honey, cookies and other artisan foods. The average purchase price is from 10 to 15 thousand rubles. The price for a kilogram of bread in Sterligov’s store starts from 500 rubles, cottage cheese - from 1,300 rubles.
