- The options were considered so that it was a convenient platform. In Irkutsk, many entrepreneurs responded, but at the location they were remote areas. As for my site, we are talking about the production site. That is, it will be a meeting with my workers. This is a production base, furniture workshops. This is a meeting of the federal level policy with workers, with entrepreneurs who work with their hands and produce a product from which officials later receive salaries. And my appeal to the administration, first of all, think about those people who pay taxes who bring this money to the budget treasury. And how is they living in this city? And do they want to work further? Or want to leave?
- Have you thought for a long time - to provide a site for a meeting or not?
-I will not say that I am such an ardent oppositionist, but I adhere to certain points of view: social democracy and the development of the revolution in Russia ... Plekhanov ... Finland, Norway-the country of the victorious socialism, where the business feels very well, responsibly and there is no social stress. And when the communist regime fell in the 90s, and we looked freely, and there were democratic paths, for me and my friends it was like a sip of fresh air. I was also engaged in business in Soviet times, but then it was underground. I understood that we were going to Europe, to a democratic society, that we will now repeat the model of developed countries in Europe, "long live freedom." But the events of the last fifteen to eighteen years have been talking about the opposite.
An alternative to power is always necessary. If there is no alternative, then it turns out Kim Jong -un, a closed society. To prevent this from happening, and there was balance - I, in principle, in this position and stand. I am not an adherent of a certain political party, I consider myself just a civil activist. I am a person who respects the constitution. Which has property and can stand up for it. And who wants to develop his homeland. In principle, I have been in this opinion for a long time and would like to meet with Alexei [Navalny] personally. Since there is such an opportunity and I have the right to own a land plot, there is a production that such a person can come to, I told the headquarters that I can offer such an opportunity to the Irkutski.
-It was because of the potential arrival of Alexei Navalny in Irkutsk that you were not pressure?
There is a guarantor of the Constitution, which, excuse me, does some editing in it. And there are citizens who at one time adopted this constitution
- I have not felt yet. You know, our city is a little like that ... Well, this is not the middle strip of Russia. We have exiled people here, literate everything, camps passed ... We have such a protest electorate. And in this case, I sympathize with the Irkutans. They have their own opinion. Therefore, God forbid the Siberians to participate in politics and know their political leaders, which we do not see on federal channels, but we see on the Internet mainly.
- Often you participate in different protests. Why do you need it?
- I am a citizen, and a citizen is a person who does not sit at home and reads books, and who must show the authorities his civil position. I have a civil position, I can’t sit with her at home, to reason in the kitchen. If there is a civil position, you need to go out and declare it. I am a citizen who has property, and who does not care what will happen to her. We do not need revolutions, you know, I am just peacefully, calm, constitutional ... I am a supporter and defender of the constitution. There is a guarantor of the Constitution, which, excuse me, makes some edits in it. And there are citizens who at one time adopted this constitution. So I was at the origins of the adoption of this constitution. And it is important for me that it is preserved, observed. This is my civilian credo.
- Often in business did you come across bureaucratic moments and bureaucratic lawlessness?

- Of course. This is especially the last ten years that this is especially felt when people come to the rooms for a long time and understand that they came there to solve certain problems, issues of their family, their loved ones, and the interests of certain clans that share the city. This is my opinion. And we - entrepreneurs - live in this, we rotate in this. The question is for the field to be clear, the laws are executed. And people, they are given a certain time to the answer, they must fulfill it, and not interfere with entrepreneurs to develop. Because they found money (took a loan), started a project, and at that moment everything goes into the bureaucracy. That is, a person falls into such a “bag” when he must bring something in order to solve faster. I would not want it to be.
- You are called Che Guevara. For example, a protest was held, they say: there were those and those and Che Guevara. It is immediately clear who we are talking about. Why what guevara? Why do you sympathize with this particular revolutionary figure?
- The fact is that I have been in Cuba repeatedly. I was not ashamed to put on beret, there in a cube, to imbue this spirit of freedom. And the very image of Che Guevara, he was not a communist, he was a Marxist, he adhered to the state to be socially oriented, and the interests of the business, including taken into account. I saw a social-democratic urge in it. He abandoned the blessings that he had, he had a higher education, he could lead the clinic. This is such an image that allows me to broadcast.
- But back to the event that occurred on October 31. On Facebook, in one of the comments, the head of the Irkutsk headquarters of Navalny, Sergey Bespalov, wrote that jelly was welded from this pork. In fact, where is she now?
- No. I say, the police work out different options there. This is all material evidence, this is a hooligan action, so police officers took their heads, unfortunately ... And maybe to joy - God forbid it no longer see it.
