Omsk: the court took the SUV from the officials

Officials of the administration of the Nazievsky district (Omsk region) were obliged to return the new SUV to the car dealership. The arbitration court recognized the municipal contract for the purchase of a car for almost one and a half million rubles illegal.

In the competitive documents of the municipality, the requirements for the car were described in detail, a gray-blue color and the presence of heating cup holders were important. Only the 2016 Nissan X-Trail Nissan X-Trail was suitable. The court considered these requirements of officials unlawful, and the contract is invalid. The defendants did not recognize the lawsuit and may appeal this decision. Otherwise, the district administration will have to return the SUV, and the dealer - budget money.
