The current story with biomaterials, which, for incomprehensible goals, collect strangers in Russia, is not the first. Now many have already forgotten that at the end of May 2007 the Federal Customs Service suddenly prohibited the transportation of any biological samples of a person abroad - from blood to hair. No one then explained the reason for the ban on the prohibition, except for an explanation of the opinion of the Minister of Health and Social Development Mikhail Zurabov, who "did not exclude the versions related to a serious danger to the" unfriendly "laboratories of the world of biomaterials working at the defense enterprises of Russia." Well, of course, "did not refute the hypothetical possibility of developing a genetically ethnic-orientation against Russians."

As the reporters of Kommersant found out, the ban on the visits of the FSB employees to medical institutions sending biomaterials of their patients to foreign clinics preceded the ban. These patients either participate in the clinical trials of new medicines, either need consultation or look for a donor. In early May, FSB director Nikolai Patrushev presented the president with a report on bioterrorism, which seemed to be a formidable warning about "genetically biological weapons", capable of "damaging the health of representatives of the Russian people up to infertility and death."

The ban, however, struck a pre -impact on the health of the people - tens of thousands of sick people lost their necessary help. He was canceled in mid -June. The new rules of export only slightly different from the previous ones.

This time, the initiative again comes from the same bodies, which was stated by the press secretary of the president Dmitry Peskov:

The special operation began three months ago. On July 28, on the website of Russia Today, material appeared under the heading "Military Interest: the US Air Force wants to buy samples of living tissues of Russians." Whether they themselves found an announcement of a tender or who prompted them - it is not important.

The RT material in Russian conscientiously sets out the conditions of the tender described on the US Halls Council website, but writes about the customer that this is the "educational command of the US Air Force", engaged in "professional selection of pilots and technicians, as well as the training of technical personnel for American Air Force." Responsible for the tender, officer Marcus Mattingley, whose phone is indicated in the announcement, did not provide an operational comment on the purpose of purchasing an operational comment, "RT reports. Either the correspondent did not get through to him, or he asked to call back to clarify the details. The article is completed by the commentary of the military expert Igor Nikulin, who is not in doubt:

New types of biological weapons are being developed. For nothing else, this in the military department can not be. Most likely, it can be combat viruses. The English version already without abysses brings "combat viruses" in the title, however, with a shy interrogative sign at the end. RIA Novosti supplements the information with a reminder: “The US military has often been holding tenders that have been associated with Russia in one way or another. In April, the US Department of Defense announced plans to acquire full-sized T-72 tank models, and in May the Pentagon began to look for teachers of Russian military terminology.” In addition to Nikulin’s commentary, the article of the “satellite” has the opinion of the MIA “Russia Today” observer Alexander Khlenko. He also believes that "most likely, the order of Russian RNA samples is associated with the development, tests and preparation for the combat use of biological weapons." Since, they say, "the Pentagon is least reminiscent of the International Ministry of Health and is unlikely to be seriously concerned about the health of people in the post -Soviet space."

It was worth the authors of all this propriet products to use Google-and they would have learned that RNA and synovial fluid samples were not required for some secret laboratories, but by the center of advanced molecular diagnostics as part of the Air Force, which has a project to study diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. Did they know and hid it? Are there any scammers among Muscovites?

The loud scandal then, in July, did not work out, but, apparently, the president was familiarized with this story, and it was deposited in his memory. He remembered her at a meeting of the Human Rights Council in the Kremlin. The speakers allowed themselves a lot. Nikolai Svanidze spoke of numerous unmotivated refusals to agree on opposition rallies that their participants are detained without any legal reason and are held in unbearable conditions:

The reception worked: no one is discussing a meeting of the Human Rights Council. They say exclusively about biomaterial.
