iPhone X entered the Russian market

On November 3, Apple began the official sales of the iPhone X smartphone - the device entered the market of the "First Wave" countries, including Russia.

According to RNS , sales of the new Apple smartphone in Russia started at eight in the morning. In the RE store: Store on Tverskaya Street in Moscow (the line of those who wish to buy an iPhone x lined up in the evening of November 1), the iPhone X with a memory of 256 GB worth 92 thousand rubles ended by nine in the morning, and version of the smartphone with a memory of 64 GB for 80 thousand rubles remained on sale.

At the same time, the police had to limit the movement along the extreme right lane on Tverskaya Street near the store, Interfax reports. As a result, in the morning hour, the movement along Tverskaya towards the center was very difficult. However, later, the press service of the traffic police in Moscow denied information about the overlap of traffic, specifying that there were two tow trucks and a patrol machine near the store on the Tverskaya, but there were no special cones, RBC reports.

It is worth noting that many of the first buyers, apparently, purchased a smartphone for resale. According to TJ , having bought devices, they did not show their faces to reporters and immediately left. Judging by the excitement, it can be assumed that by 11 o’clock in the morning the first batch of devices will be completely sold out.

Recall that the iPhone X was officially represented in early September. The smartphone received a 5.8-inch OLED display that occupies almost the entire front surface, support for wireless charging technology, as well as the Face ID owner scanning and recognition system, which replaced the usual fingerprint sensor.

Earlier it was reported that Apple is experiencing difficulties with the release of iPhonex, and therefore, so far the volumes of smartphone production are relatively small. To date, almost all shipped devices have already found owners, and those who wish to purchase a smartphone will have to wait for new supplies. So, in Russian IPhonex stores should appear in early December.
