- A year ago, you were doing a great thing, a business was established. What happened, where did the problems come from?

Dmitry: It all started in April this year, after the March rallies in Russia, Supporters of Navalny. Since 2005, we have acted as opponents of Vladimir Putin, in groups on social networks we reposted various information from opposition sites, photos, videos. By the way, for one of these photo collages this summer I received a fine under the article "Extremism". The operatives found the repost of the old picture on my page on the social network, where Putin was depicted against the background of the Nazi cross with the inscription "Genocide of the Russian people." 3 thousand rubles were fined.

When the headquarters of Navalny began to open throughout Russia, we decided that it was time to do this in Magadan. In March, we wrote that we call people who support Navalny to unite and act together. Posted a post on the website of their enterprise and distributed it into groups in social networks and messengers. At first there was the silence of three days, and then the "hobby" of the opponents of Alexei, the "Planstsy" began. But at the same time, many people called, supported, but on this everything ended, until the guys who later opened the Magadan headquarters contacted us. Like, they called from Moscow, worried that we were opening Navalny’s headquarters here, and we need to reason. I answered everyone that nobody owes anything at all. Then everything went to no.

- When did you find out that the criminal case has been started? What were you accused of?

Dmitry: A criminal case was opened in April last year shortly after this post. A forester came to us from supervision and said that he needed to check the training and delivery of the division of our timber industry. We were surprised: what to check there if we left there for a long time, everything is under the deep snow and nothing is visible. He explained that the Minister of Agriculture of the Magadan region allegedly called him and instructed to check us. For three years, while we are engaged in this business, no one initiated any checks, and here, by order, already the minister.

Vladimir: Our division was checked, no violations were revealed. But the controllers found some kind of “left” cutting 70 km from us, which we did not even see. And soon we are announced that we illegally cut down the forest. On the basis of these suspicions and the statement of the forester, a criminal case is started, and we are arrested by all the raw materials. According to the criminal case, it is assumed that the volume of illegally sawed forest is contained with us. Allegedly, 304 cubes of forest were cut down there, which are included in our official and documented 877 cubic meters.

Dmitry: I will say as a former forester: in order to calculate 304 cubes, you need to run on snow -covered stumps for a week, freeze, because it is about 600 trees. And the employees of the forest guard went in the morning, arrived the next day and announced: they intended these 304 cubes. The most interesting thing is that we immediately detained our car with the forest, with all the documents in which there were 18 cubic meters. But they have 50 cubic meters there. That is, these people simply do not know how to count. I had boiled then, I handed this forestry through my friends that I want to meet him to talk. He did not answer the calls, to see, he was afraid, and later I found out that he had quit his previous work.

- How has the investigation advanced in these seven months?

Vladimir: Absolute silence. The forest is arrested. We achieved that we removed the burden of almost 300 cubic meters from us. I wrote a receipt, I deduce from the territory 100 of our cubes of forest. And then they slow me down, and the guard says that, in his opinion, we all took it out, although another 200 cubic meters are left. Some lawlessness was happening. Moreover, no documents on his part are presented. We even now have the right to call on the territory of the arrested forest and pick up the remaining 200 cubes. But they simply do not give us - cars are unfolding. I wrote a petition to our investigator to provide documents for the re -arrested forest. But no, they do not give us any documents, but they prohibit it to be taken out, the gates are sealed, the road is blocked, and they call the police.

- And how is the investigation, you spoke with the investigator?

Dmitry: Yes, later the investigator called me and asked me with such a half -whisper: "They say you opened the Navalny office there?" I asked him: "Do you want to talk about it?" He explained that everything is serious, someone calls, talking with his bosses, and they already know that we opened the headquarters. Although in fact the headquarters opened without our participation.

- What happens to your business now?

Dmitry: Now we have nothing to work with, there is no forest, there is nothing to make a board and products from. In the village of Ola, our base with the forest was arrested, which we cannot pick up. Moreover, such an absurd situation occurred: it seems like the forest is arrested, but they call me and say that your forest is drunk on the basis and put it on firewood everyone who is not lazy. I already have thoughts, to talk like a man with an investigator, but I understand that this cannot be changed.

Vladimir: Yes, now and the case is already conducting another investigator, the former has changed. After my appeals, petitions, the first trail was sent on a business trip, and another was attached to the case. And it all started again. As I understand it, they have a task - to pull time, because there is no evidence, the whole thing is fictional. They know very well that we cannot work, that the forest deteriorates and we will just throw it all in a year. If any innovation comes in our business, the investigator rounds his eyes and with us begins to call somewhere and receive instructions. But we understand where he is calling.

- How much do you lose in this situation?

Dmitry: A lot, almost everything. Our forest falls into work from root to stool. Two people work on one log who process it on the board, then it falls into the carpentry, where 2-3 people still work with it. As a result, about 50 people worked for us last year. Now 10 remain, we "take out" on the auxiliary feed, we can no longer hold. 20 reduced immediately, the rest left later.

-There is no regret in connection with this, thoughts " shouldn't start all this ... " ?

Dmitry: No, we are alive, which means that it will make us stronger and smarter. Now I am very serious, any protest "wave" will begin - I will connect.

“ I know that you somehow tried to run for local deputies.” Why didn't it work?

Dmitry : Actively in 2009-2010, we began to participate in the elections. I then went from the Patriots of Russia party the third on the list. It is clear that I would not have passed, but I set goals, and most importantly it was that it was not United Russia. Then I mistakenly thought that the "patriots of Russia" was some kind of opposition, and then I found out that they received a salary from United Russia.

Vladimir : I tried twice to run for deputies in urban and regional districts. Twice I was refused registration, I even sued the city election commission. But for the first time it was clear that everything was “twisted” and “connected” there. For the second time, I was "hacked" three signatures, supposedly I forged them. But we prepared and then collected signatures from well -known people and relatives who at that time will definitely be in the city. As a result, fake was called the signatures of my father -in -law, his son and one friend. We first bring them to a meeting of the Commission of the Horizbarkom, where we are not confirmed by the authenticity of the signatures, then we bring them to the court. And the judge says that the authors of the signatures are not needed here, and the opinion of the expert, who gave the conclusion that the signatures have been forged. Moreover, the expert in the court said, "possibly" forged. I immediately stated that any doubts are interpreted in my favor, and then the expert is recovering and begins to claim to fake the living people who put these signatures. It was not a court, but a trial, I did not think that everything was happening that way. The system is rotten to madness.

- And what does not suit you in the existing system? They give business, they pay salaries to state employees, they are allowed to leave the country, what is dissatisfied with?

Dmitry: It does not suit everything. We live like slaves on galleys that are fed, sometimes even allowed to shout something, to turn off. And sometimes they do not give. How can such a system arrange?

-What should happen so that people realize: something is wrong in the country?

Dmitry: I think this will happen with a sharp fall in the standard of living. But there are also not fools sit there and they lower the bar smoothly. I was recently in Chita and the worst thing I saw - people in villages who live in shit with a salary of 7-8 thousand rubles. Guys cannot find work and hut power, but do nothing. Therefore, so we can still roll and roll down for many years. We are all smoothly drained in g .. but we still have time to get used to it. If this happened sharply, it would be better, a reaction would immediately follow.

-But do you still have plans to continue to go to local deputies?

Dmitry: Of course, there is, and let's go. There are few chances, but you need to go in any case in order to at least bake their nerves to them, to stir up.

-And if you succeed, do you think it is realistic to do something, being a deputy in the Magadan region?

Dmitry: I was not there, but I believe, of course, real. It is clear that the decisions are made not by one deputy, but by the majority. But if there are people like us, there will be not one, through the belief and even the "brainwashing" of the brains, the rest can be done. There are also quite a few undefined people who vote for the one who is stronger. If you can convince them, then the situation can be broken.

- Today, many plan to leave Magadan. Most are for socio-economic reasons. Do you have plans to leave here when you are shown that you are not needed here?

Dmitry: We are not going to leave anywhere, and this is the most important and postulate, and the motive of our actions. Change in Magadan, a lot can be on Kolyma. Look who is leading us - these are former party workers and teachers, among them there are no economists, entrepreneurs. I know these people for a long time - the governor of the region of Vladimir the Beded and the current mayor of Magadan Yuri Grishan, worked with them, and I have reason to believe that these are two immoral people. Their children need to be placed in an example, which cannot become. And they control Kolyma, transfigure a lot of money, no economy is built.

- And what attracts in what Navalny says?

- The fact that he opposes Putin and is the most vivid leader of the opposition. Yes, there were doubts, especially after he protected the protest in Moscow in Bolotnaya Square. Some doubts are now arising. But even if it is a Putin project, they managed to organize a real opposition, united many people.

- Many say that Navalny does not have a constructive political program. And, for example, if he comes to power, then, probably, there will be the process of lustration, a change of officials, judges, etc. And who will replace them?

Vladimir: Believe me, if you change people, it will not be worse, and this is a fact. They are already sitting in power for 20 years, but what have you done? Yes, they did nothing! It is necessary to change: on bad, good, but you need to change.

Dmitry: It's like with a machine that has a wheel for the wheels, and it does not go anywhere. So is this system. Let's stop better, change the wheels, and then we will already normally catch up with the rest of the world. Now on this cart we are only going down.

- You say that you are not going to leave Kolyma, but more and more people leave here, because they do not believe in changes for the better, apparently. How can this outflow stop?

Vladimir: only finances. We have a richest area, and if people get normal money here, the people will reach here.

Dmitry: Look, what is the situation. Now we have a lot of entrepreneurs - it is impossible to work. At the same time, you will not break in the courts, and this is a very significant argument to leave. A recent example: I was sent a notice of tax on the amount of 140 thousand rubles to land for 8 years, although the limitation period has already passed and they can only take it in the last 3 years. I was not informed, the court passed without my presence, but the request for the resumption of the case is not accepted from me. Now we were arrested by the land where we were going to engage in sheep breeding, because of these 140 thousand rubles. And last year, an employee of the municipal property management committee comes to the enterprise and says that she needs to be fined. It doesn’t matter to her whether there are violations or not, it turns out, it turns out, a plan for fines, from everyone is recovered at the direction. And who wants to stay here in such conditions?

- What will you do next, how to survive in such a situation?

Dmitry: Man is such a creature that adapts to everything. Therefore, we are now used to, live and work, do not lose heart. No matter how we pressed us, we will live and fight them.
