Head of branches, pharmacists, accountants are transferred to fixed -term employment contracts with a decrease in salaries, while not explaining the reasons and career prospects.

Employees of the municipal pharmacy network of Novosibirsk (MP “us”) turned to the editorial office of Taiga.info, outraged by deteriorations of working conditions in the organization and, in their opinion, dismissals. One of the employees who remained working on the network, despite the personnel optimization that had begun, said that the employer terminated an “unlimited employment contract with her and her colleagues and concluded urgent with all.”

“We came to us illegally. Branch managers have been working there since 2006, 2008 ... It is clear that optimization is going on, but we can explain to the team, we are people, ”said the interlocutor of the editorial office, who asked not to disclose her name. - And they simply call us, they are warned that the employment contract is ending, every other day they force us to write a letter of resignation and immediately - for acceptance. Without offering neither the staffing, nor a new labor contract. And then people will find out that their salary has decreased by 3 thousand, who has 6 thousand, and this should be done in agreement of the parties. The leadership of the trade union at that time was leaving for a ticket and does not pick up the phone, and people tried to consult. ”

Employees of the municipal pharmacy network, according to her, are outraged that the organization’s financial resources go to the accompanying activities (“ Medical Center , Optics, Essays of machines, all advertising, shooting films about the pharmacy network”), and not to increase salaries to employees: “But people understand everything, now they see that money is spent on the left-right. Everyone is waiting for an increase in salaries, and everything goes to a decrease. ”

The salaries of pharmacists and managers in the municipal pharmacy are not comparable with salaries in commercial networks, she believes: “If a pharmacist can receive 35–40 thousand in a commercial pharmacy, then in ours - 20–25 thousand per month on a shift schedule two in two from 8:00 to 21:00. The heads of commercial pharmacies in Moscow networks receive 70 thousand, we don’t have such a close, maybe half of this amount. ”

According to those who applied to the editorial office, fixed -term employment contracts for one year are, on the one hand, the leverage of pressure on “objectionable” workers who will be easier to take away, on the other, it allows them to deprive their part of wages, for example, for the length of service, since employees are considered again accepted, and the first payments are confused to each five -year period. ” Not everyone will go to complain about the employer’s actions in the labor inspectorate, the employee of the MP “us” is sure.

“Usually, the“ veterans ”of the industry are respected, even if they are reduced in position, this happens amicably. Everyone is outraged by the attitude to people. Already a lot of heads of branches, pharmacists have already gone, now it will be optimized by accountants, they will have much more pharmacies for the same money, even less, ”says the interlocutor of the editorial office. - At least it was possible to explain to people, because it is written in labor legislation: if working conditions change, if an employment contract is renegotted, he should not infringe on the rights of people. And if they change something, they must tell a clear action plan and have good reason for this. ”

Approving about the illegality of the ongoing processes, employees of the municipal pharmacy network of Novosibirsk refer to Article 58 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation: “It is forbidden to conclude fixed -term employment contracts in order to evade the rights and guarantees provided for employees with which an employment contract is concluded for an indefinite period.” They also provide Article 59 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, in which a final list of cases is established to conclude a fixed -term employment contract. Employees of the municipal enterprise intend to apply to the court for illegal dismissal.
