The Oktyabrsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don arrested Evgeniy Moshkin, a supporter of the nationalist Vyacheslav Maltsev, for three days. The Caucasian Knot reports this.
Moshkin was accused of petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code). According to investigators, “he swore when the police pushed him into the car.”
On November 3, security forces came to the activist’s home with a search, during which they seized leaflets. After this, Moshkin was taken to the police department.
The Artpodgotovka movement, led by Vyacheslav Maltsev, was declared extremist on October 26. After this, persecution of movement activists and supporters of the politician became more frequent.
