The opposition said that his regional headquarters filed applications for the Irkutsk administration fifty times to organize this meeting, but the city hall did not coordinate the action at convenient city venues. This meeting took place only thanks to the entrepreneur Dmitry Tolmachev (famous in Irkutsk as Che Guevara), who provided the territory of his furniture factory.

A few days before the arrival of Alexei Navalny in Irkutsk, the unknown people hung the pig’s head on the door of the furniture center of Tolmachev.
