Supporters of the NBP (prohibited in Russia), the former Restructure and other movements filed a notice on October 20 to the procession from the station to the square on Ordzhonikidze Street along the sidewalk along the station line. The authorities did not answer them in the law for three days. But on October 25, officials and the police met with the organizing committee, at which they banned the march in the city center, sending activists to the embankment.
“Prior to the meeting [of the working group], hints began to receive that the action was not agreed by the fact that it is undesirable for the regional government,” the organizers noted .
The city hall refused, referring to the decree “On the holding of festive events in Novosibirsk, dedicated to the Day of Military Glory of Russia - the Day of National Unity” without indicating the number of the document and the date of its signing. The authorities also did not give a copy of it. As Taga.info found out, the head of the city Anatoly Lokot signed the resolution of the same name on October 30, although his subordinates referred to him already on the 25th.
“To hold on November 4 holiday events at the site near the fountain near the building at ul. Ordzhonikidze, 18, on the Square of Garina-Mikhailovsky [at the station], ”the document said, published in the municipal ballot.

The organizing committee appealed the refusal, but the Central District Court upheld him. “During the meeting, the judge pushed that they gave [a notice of march] on Friday - they say, an uncomfortable time,” said Vyacheslav Dobrynin, one of the applicants of the action.
Nevertheless, the participants of the “Russian march” gathered on November 4 at the station. According to Taiga.info, about 50 people. About 20 police officers joined them, including in civilian clothes, as well as the deputy head of the Committee on Interaction with the Administrative Bodies of the City Hall, Sergey Polyansky, the head of the Department of Legal and Personnel of the Ministry of Regional Development of the regional government, Yevgeny Buzmakov and the head of the administrative bodies of the region, Alexei Kirillov. Almost half of the operatives shot what was happening on cameras.
“The events are not agreed. A motivated letter was proposed to hold a procession from the communal bridge along the Mikhailovskaya embankment to the monument to Alexander the Third and hold a rally at the monument, ”Polyansky announced, adding that one cannot be on a mass action in any masks.
Some of the young people went to bask in the subway, others stood nearby. One of the employees in civilian clothes went with a video camera in the subway, although to journalists, for example, they do not allow shooting without permission for security reasons.

After some time, the participants, as planned, moved in silence along his inconsistent route. In fact, it was a walk, accompanied by the police. In the column, they only talked quietly and joked over the shooting police and the press.
Pretty quickly reached the Square of Ordzhonikidze, where there were metal fences and autosak. A kind of official festive event was held in the corner and there was a field kitchen. However, there were even fewer people there than on the “Russian march”.
The participants in the procession stood for several minutes at the fountain and moved to Red Avenue. Police with cameras, panting, moved behind them. The next stop is at the entrance to the Lenin Square metro. Another - right at KFC on red. Along the way, a group of young people became smaller, and the employees of the EE Center - more and more smiling, obviously understanding the comic of the situation. As a result, the police quit the walking people.
