The widely advertised action "Artillery" turned into a network fake. But the security forces raised on the ears are looking for who will be responsible for it.

The revolution, which since 2013 foreshadowed the Russians, the leader of the Artillery Movement Vyacheslav Maltsev, did not take place. Some found food in it for “sofa trolling”, for others it can turn into a real term.

Chronicle of a rustic

The script of the “declared revolution” in St. Petersburg, according to social networks, looked like this: at noon on November 5, protesters were going to start the assault on the city administration, and at 16.00 - to move to Isaakievskaya Square and capture the Mariinsky Palace.

“Power groups have confirmed their readiness!”, “No one diverges !!” - Messages were poured in opposition groups and chats, even when it became clear that thousands of subscribers of the artillery video blog were actually not going to the street.

The police reacted more serious to Maltsev’s calls and his supporters. “New” already wrote that on the eve of “5/11/17” in St. Petersburg and in other cities of Russia, several dozen oppositionists were detained under various pretexts (the leader of the “Revolution” flew out of the country). On the appointed day, law enforcement officers surrounded by special equipment all the approaches to Smolny along the roadway. The police were on duty in all the surrounding courtyards and lanes, inspecting every person hearing.

The witnesses of such unprecedented security measures were only a crowd of journalists and a couple of dozens of activists, who pushed on benches in the garden near the administration building. The only serious episode on November 5 was the detention of a person who really had something like a “set of a revolutionary” with him: an ax, a respirator, firecracker, a knife and a first -aid kit wrapped in a red canvas.

At 16.00 in the square near Isaac, people gathered a little more: about 150 people. Only the artist Elena Osipova, a permanent participant in the city protests, decided to get into a single picket. Law enforcement officers did not touch the elderly woman, but quickly neutralized the young man in camouflage, who tried to make her company. Then a young man went to Avtosak, in a backpack in whom they found a pepper spray.

In total, during the “revolution”, Smolny and Isaac were detained by 12 people. None of them committed any illegal actions, but had suspicious (according to the police) objects. Late in the evening, eight more activists were taken to the police from the Light festival at Palace.

"Revenge of power structures"

In the morning of the same day, in one of the yards near the Chernyshevskaya metro station, the red SUZUKI Jimny SUV, belonging to the activist of the Free Ingria movement, Mikhail Voitenkov, was parked. Together with him in the car was another “Ingermanlander” Ilyas Minikaev and activist Diana Retinskaya. The Trinity reached on foot to Smolny, and on the way back along Kirochny Street (three kilometers from the point of the selection of “revolutionaries”) was detained by the police. The operatives accompanied Voitenkov and his associates to the car.

A search began, the video of which the detainees themselves later posted on the network: “... a citizen turned to inform the police about a possible violation of public order,” the man in civilian clothes answers the question of the reasons for the inspection. He refuses to introduce himself.

The record shows that no no one is trying to hide and does not show visible signs of anxiety. “We take all three documents and means of communication from all three,” the anonymous operative is led. Among the personal belongings confiscated during the search were the keys to Suzuki Voitenkov.

According to the detainees, already in the 78th police department, they learned that a nagan system with a set of cartridges, RGD grenades and several Molotov cocktails were allegedly found in the SUV salon.

In the evening of the same day, information appeared in the media that the detainees can apply Article 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorism). The minimum punishment for it is from 10 years in prison. According to human rights defenders, the case file is located in the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Central District, and the detainees themselves - in the temporary detention center on Zakharyevskaya.

The lawyer Diana Retinskaya Maxim Kamakin, in a conversation with the “New” confirmed that a criminal case was instituted against his client under two articles: part 1 of Art. 35 of the Criminal Code (crime committed by a group of persons) and part 1 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code (illegal storage of weapons).

“They carried out investigative actions at night, a protocol on an administrative offense was drawn up for refusing to provide genetic material,” the lawyer said. “My client explains everything that happens as a provocation and revenge of power structures for its political activity.”

On the afternoon of November 7, the court was supposed to choose a preventive measure for Voitenkov, Retinskaya and Minikayev. To the surprise of human rights defenders, detainees ... let go under a subscription about a lower -way from the special receiver. As Mikhail Voitenkov told, the next day, November 8, he is ordered to come to the investigator.

Not a hero of the novel

Activists of “free Ingria” call their movement “an informal cultural and public association” or “movement of practicing local historians”. And they emphasize: they have no official leaders and any organizational structure. As well as plans to capture Russia.

“The whole essence of the parties is participation in all initiatives, when it meets our cultural interests,” says Svetlana Gavrilin, one of the supporters of the movement, explains “new”. “Everything that interests people is the region and its economic prosperity.”

According to Gavrilina, “Free Ingria” unites people with a different circle of interests. Someone is attracted by music and painting, others-civic activity.

“And without politics, where? We participate in promotions and pickets ... - explains Svetlana. “But Maltsev is definitely not the hero of our novel.”

For the arrested Mikhail Voitenkov, the deputy of the Zaks Boris Vishnevsky entrusted.

“Misha has known for several years as a permanent participant in protest rallies,” he wrote on Facebook that he could store weapons, I do not believe, I believe that he was thrown and organized a provocation. ”

As for Diana Retinskaya, the “Ingermanlanders” are known about her. The 48-year-old woman became interested in the events of Free Ingria only a few months ago. Prior to that, she took part in many other protests in the northern capital.

The coordinator of the St. Petersburg Open Russia Andrei Pivovarov confirmed to the “new” that previously Retinskaya was an activist of this organization.

“We parted, and this desire was mutual,” he said. - Diana’s statements and actions were very on the verge, which we repeatedly told her about. Moreover, we have not seen any serious actions other than the desire to declare ourselves. ”

According to the “new” interlocutors who knew the Retinsky interlocutors, nothing in the behavior of the woman indicated that she planned to commit a terrorist attack or even knew how to handle weapons.

In addition, using the FindFace service, human rights activists found that one of the witnesses, who was present during the search of the car of Mikhail Voitenkov, appears in social networks in the form of an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Perhaps, at the scene, she was far from accidental.

In May 2016, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the administrator of one of the thematic groups of Artem Chebotarev. Twice under the threat of criminal prosecution was another “Ingermanlander” - Grigory Solonymsky. Unknown people tried to burn his car. And on July 2017, the Free Ingria website was included in the register of prohibited resources.
