In Cheboksary, the supporter of Vyacheslav Maltsev Elena Blinov was detained by employees of the Center for Combating Extremism. She reported this by telephone of the hotline of the OWD-Info.

The reason for the detention, employees of the EE Center called the picket on October 29 at the monument to Chapaev, in which Blinova allegedly took part. Blinova claims that she was not there that day.
